If the new bottom grill Jeff was talkin about matches the sports grill they already have, it should prevent anything large enough to hurt the fmic... not to mention that's not a cheap design to me... it's a go on my end 😈
What is the purpose of the hood scoop (what do you do with it) after the top mount delete? Would it be a good idea to get a scoopless hood after that?
Oil cooler can go up there
@@Two-Stack I've heard this solution to justify the hood scoop after moving the IC to the front before. The engineering to run several extra feet of oil line to the hottest place under the hood just so you can cool it off with an aerodynamic drag hood scoop above it seems to me like a shovel with a rope handle kind of idea.
If I were committed to the FMIC I'd be looking for a flat hood of some kind.
Just my opinion.

@@edlorenz1552 I think you’re right, doesn’t look like the front bumper is reattached. That’s a big no no… if they could do a smaller FMIC rated at 500-600 HP and keep the front bumper that would be way better. Most people aren’t going to be going past 400 wheel anyway.

Fmic kit is rated for up to 1000hp.
