Please please lead Suzie deeper into the rabbit hole. Discovering the beauty of Rammstein and overcoming tis fear is a quite interesting process most of their fans discovered and I think this is one of the reasons why their fans are so loyal.

Was lucky enough to see them at the O2 in London in 2012, stunning gig.
I’ve seen tons of bands live in my life, some exceptionally fine ones too, but these guys seem to take performance art to another level. Totally on point, never detected any bum notes being played, no long pauses between songs - one finishes then straight in to the next one. 2 hour set just flew by!
I couldn’t actually speak for several minutes after leaving the auditorium, was awestruck!

They are performing art. Their traveling circus puts on an opera every night, and they are fantastic. On another note, I prefer a baritone to a tenor. I'm surprised you didn't introduce her to them with Du Hast in Paris. 😊

Rammstein's Lead Singer Till Lindemann was born 1963 so he is now almost 60 years old.
And Rammstein was formed in 1994 by the very same guys now in 2024 are still together in the Band.

To the girl They're a nice and funny guys out of stage despite all allegations against till Lindemann the singer that he wasn't declared guilty btw.
Saw them London end of 90s again 2002 in Cardiff, 2023 in Chorzo Poland and this year in Dublin and then Oostende in Belgium, yes they are imo best live band out today, Till is 1 day older than me, I ache he carries on lol.

FYI : Till, the singer is 61 at the moment. I saw them live two weeks ago. It's the best live rock act on the planet. The stage, the whole show, the fire, the explosions,... No other band performs like they do. It's a whole concept, the music with all the added theatrics. That's why you go see Rammstein live. And of course for all the 🔥🔥🔥🤘

The thought of ''Das Soundmachine'' isn't so far off, because for me DSm clearly was modeled with Rammstein in the back of the creator's mind. Just my 50 €urocents to the matter.

And a remark to Rammstein: You have to know that Rammstein is pure art. Dystop. Provocative. but also melancholic and deep. So to understand Rammstein it is a challenge. "Zeit" the official video is really a good example for all of it. And Suzie will love Till's voice there! For sure.

I would argue that Sound Machine from Pitch Perfect was probably inspired by Rammstein a bit; it fits the German stereotype of harshness and industrial feeling perfectly.
Also Rammstein is the most successful German band internationally, meaning that they have inspired a lot of people's thoughts on Germany (for better or worse).
You should've showed her the entire start of the concert...talk about EPIC.saw Rammstein 2022 in Chicago...ive been to over 200 concerts all top bands...There is NOTHING that comes remotely close to them live...oh and the pyro is craaaazy..you can feel the heat ... thankful it wasn't Du Hast...love the song but its almost always fiest reaction . recommend Weiner Blut live 2013 with subs ...buckle up ahead of time..great reaction

So you asked for live show reactions. I saw them in Gothenburg in - 22 with my son and it was a fantastic show, one of the best ever. Maybe I put The Wall in Berlin with Roger Waters a bit higher. By the way Till is 61yo now. If you guys want something less scary to react to maybe Bogus Operandi with the Swedish band The Hives would be something.

The song was commissioned by a boxer who wanted to use it as an entrance song. He rejected it. Hence the counting and Till punching himself in the face. It fits the lyrics and the background of the song.
Till lacks classical training and would therefore not call it operatic. But classical music is an important part of European music and makes up the european sound. Til makes a reference to it in the chorus. The opera singers can be found in symphonic metal:

Till was born in 1963. I think he is crazy and morally questionable, but not violent.

well, i would say you chosed the wrong live version of that song. live at hurricane would be better or simple the studio video.
i dont think she is ready for songs like "zeit, deutschland" etc. you should present "ohne dich" next to her . with lyric translation (from the channels educated marine or bückstaboo).
but if you want go deep into the rabbithole. please listen to the fanbase that leaves comments here about what version of a song you should play because thats very important.
and never miss the credits of a rammstein video. if you do so its mostly a thumbs down by every rammstein fan that is watching you.
