I agree with the fear of flatbars lol. My last flatbar up a eurogap I slipped out & almost landed facefirst. Could've lost some teeth. But i'm glad Session is improving. I haven't played Skater XL in over a year now, just gave up on it. When they improve on animations I would like for them to add bails. Or when you land a trick & slip out or hand tap or sketchy landings. I would love to see things like that added.
Havent even watched yet but, Munk was just in the official server chatting a bit and dropped a cool clip of a offset catch if ya wanna see something else for the future. Also JL informed us the other day that fixes are for future updates, not this next one. So don't be surprised when the bounce glitch is still there😢(for now)
I would love to see more missions and steam achievements. I only have 50 hours in Session but im done with everything and just doing the daily/weekly challenges, which are very repetitive, is getting really boring.
What's your opinion on why the studio keeps ignoring community's request for a Barca map? It is for sure the most asked location for a map. First their answer was that they're done with real life spots due to licensing problems. Then they make School map with real life spots. Now Paris with real life spots. School was an amazing map and I'm sure Paris will be as well, but why ignore the #1 requested location if suddenly you can do the mash-ups of real life spots? Barcelona is basically THE skating city of Europe and so much history went down in it that it's mind-boggling why Session devs keep avoiding it.
I think the problem is that they probably have these maps already deep in development or at least conceptualised months or even a year before they ever get teased or released. So I’d say they have an internal roadmap of what maps are gonna be released and when, plus the Paris map is definitely being dropped now because of the Paris Olympics coming up. I’d go as far to say a Barca map might be in the cards if they are branching out into European cities like Paris, we just might not see it as soon as we’d like.

How does it not bother anyone that you have to push constantly while flowing a park. You push going down and up and still can't hit coping on the other side. It's like skating on carpet and that's fine? For a "sim"?
2 things i dont like about session, the hands of the character, and the way the character push ... honestly, everytima i watch gameplays from session, i just can´t not notice certain details, i prefer honestly skater xl
UPDATE: They really dropped the teaser for the new map on Insta after I was done with this video…anyway the new map is Paris dropping July 18th! 👀

i used to love it. played modded xl and felt the steeze. Made me realize how ugly session is gameplay wise. Animations look robotic as hell.
