Hey John got a important question if you got time to answer. I know this is something I’ll need to ask the recruiter but I was backing into a parking spot 4 years ago and took it a little wide and scratched the truck next to me’s driver side fender (second month into driving solo thought I had mastered backing at the time) it was cosmetic damage but a DOT preventable accident all the same. To your knowledge would this disqualify me from Walmart hiring me?
Read the minimum qualifications under a job listing at drive4walmart.com. it is very clear about the amount and type of incidents that are acceptable and how old they have to be.
Hey John, newer Walmart driver on the east coast (Region 4). Over here they put the mentee in the sleeper and the mentor stays in the hotel, though the mentee has access to the shower and what-not in the morning. Hotel breakfasts are always a plus, tho 😂
@@walmartprofessionaldriver varies by cdt/ mentor some only make you do it verbally the 1st day and the remaining days you don’t have to say it and when I was with my mentor I never even did the air brake test and he drove 2 days and I drove the remainder of the days but guessing it varies by DC/ CDT/ Mentor.

Are u going to garland for on board
I'm going to onboarding in garland on sept.18. Can't wait!!
I’m having trouble logging into workday from the actual app. Any help? It’s asking for a “User ID” …?
It's the same User ID you would use to log into nTransit, if I'm thinking correctly.
When your a mentee do you have to do pre trip and in cab along with air breaks like onboarding all in less then 30 minutes
We don't time you and you don't need to do the verbal. But yes. All lug nuts full pretrip with air breaks

How much are you making doing training for those 10 days
I make my ADP plus $100 for every new person I train
I’m confused I got an email to choose an orientation date but I haven’t even heard back about my onboarding
Is it from a recruiter? Just go with it.
From workday ! I called up and confirmed it was for the onboarding but it clearly said orientation lol anyway I’m going to onboarding on 9/11 😀
@irishtrucker9134 I kinda figured lol. Congrats
Thank you buddy
