I take most of these, but what's new for me is DERMELECT and under eye caffeine!!! Game changer. Thank you for your great recommendations. As a naturopath, I'm in agreement.
I was at a conference in Minnesota a week ago and was taking N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, Liposomal Vitamin, and Liver Detox and several people were coughing on the plane and on my row in the sessions and I never got sit during or now after the trip. I will always take those substances. You've also opened my eyes to some newbies here.
I use a daily collegen peptide 1 scoop in my morning coffee. I take magnesium glycinate in evening. I also take zinc, good for hair, nail, skin. Lastly biotin.
@GracefulBeautyWithSheri Hi Sheri, could you share what collagen you use. I've tried porcine, bovine, and marine and they always tear up my stomach. It's possible that I just can't take any because I do have digestion problems.
Thank you so much for this video, I was really trying to find better quality of what I had already been taking also. And a new one that resonates for me. So grateful and also hopeful. Thank you. Wishing you many blessings🌤💗🙏
For zinc, please note: doses above 40 mg may cause a depletion in copper and/or iron levels. Many doctors recommend that for every 15mg of zinc should have 2mg of copper alongside. Some recommend a ratio of 15 milligrams (mg) of zinc to 1 mg of copper.
So great to point that out. Thank you for sharing. I get plenty of copper in my diet (but I also take a beef liver supplement every now and then...not part of my daily though) and I avoid extra copper in my supplements because it can darken my melasma but for others who don't get enough in their diet and add a zinc supplement, that's so great to know. But that's why I really think people should check with their Dr 1st before trying what works for me. We all have different needs, diets etc. 💜
Thanks so much for sharing all of this info! I take that same Vitamin D3/K2. I am going to look into all of the other supplements you mentioned. I do notice that your skin always looks healthy and glowy.
Hope they work well for you. Chat with your Dr 1st to be sure. By Dr I mean a holistic or functional med Dt if you can. Lots of regular Drs aren't trained in supplements and nutrition and only know what meds fix stuff so sometimes that can make it tricky. 💜
I’m grateful for this video. Thank you so much for sharing. ❤ I’m off to search your library to see if you have natural remedies for menopause. Have a blessed day. 🙌🙏
I have quite a few of these in my cabinet but rarely do I take them all consistently. I do well for a short time but always fall off the wagon eventually. It’s a character flaw. I’m one who never sees a discernible improvement with supplements so perhaps that zaps my motivation to continue. 😅
I totally get that. My husband is the same way. He was always taking mens multi's and a bunch of stuff with fillers and not such great quality supplements and never saw any results so he wasn't a believer. Then I had him start trying a few of these that have worked for me and now he is a believer in a few of them...especially magnesium threonate and glycerinate. He's never had such great sleep till now. That's why I dont' take a multi one and done because then I never know what's actually working or what I'm really deficient in. But sometimes I don't notice results till I STOP taking somethings sometimes. 💜
Great supplement update video Sheri!! Thanks for doing this! 💜 I would really love it if you could do a simple video of what you eat in a day. It doesn’t matter if it’s not the healthiest diet but I would love to know your main go-to foods for your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. It may help a lot of people. You obviously eat pretty healthily if your skin and hair are like that, aside from the supplements! I’m going to try that brand of Omegas! 💜 Thanks!
Hi there! I've done one before...a few years ago but I can add that again in an upcoming video. I do eat fairly healthy (most days) but I've gained weight so I'm not really an expert in weight and nutrition and all that LOL But I can definitely share 💗
Hello Sheri, I work for an acupuncturist and Dr. of physical therapy during Covid vitamin D was one of the most important vitamins but to get it to work properly you need to use Vitamin D in the AM and K in the evenings. If you take together Vitamin D will not work the right way. This can be looked up. Thx Margaret
Thanks for that info. I'll look into that. I took it all in 1 supplement and my levels shot up fairly fast but that's great info. I love learning from different experts. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for all those great product recommendations! I take most of what you mentioned but I am going to try the lipo Glut and Vit. C cuz the brand I've been using is too expensive and too carby!!
This one has a funny flavor but it's such a small amount and I take a drink of water after and it's fine. I also like the pill form of liposomal glutathione. But they do get pricey.
It's like I'm watching my little sister! I take a lot of supplements throughout the day, probably 30 but I've never really counted. Our diets really are awful so I've been trying to improve that along with the supplements and can honestly say I've never felt better! Since I recently cut 9 inches off my hair, supplements and items for that aren't at the top of my priority any longer. I can't believe how much easier life is with shorter hair! I still want it to be healthy, obviously, but what a huge time saver and SO much easier when it's time to color my own hair again. Thanks for sharing your daily regimen, I take most of these but I'm always open to new things!! God bless you beautiful!!
Thank you for the vit D and depression info 😉 I cut back to the basics on my supplements and I am getting my blood work done next week, I can't wait to see the results.
Make sure you ask them to do Vit D. For some reason when I go to a regular primary Dr for a yearly, I have to specify that they add that, as it isn't standard UNLESS you're at a holistic Dr.
Thank you Sheri for sharing this information. I'm fighting the Cholesterol issue at this time...my Doctor is threatening new meds.... I've been taking the Magnesium you shared ..it is working with my sleep as I suffer with chronic back pain. I'm going to try a couple of the others....Hugs 🤗
Oh I know what ya mean. I'd ask your Dr if my cholesterol reducing concoction (red yeast rice and quality omegas) is right for you. It really worked wonders on me. Also if you're able to, make sure you're asking a Dr who is experienced in supplements (not just prescribing meds). That's the problem with some Drs as they aren't trained in holistic healing and just shove meds down people's throats. I believe in the power of a good medication when truly needed but I know so many are a scam and then we take 1 med and then something else goes wrong with us and then we need another med to fix the next thing...LOL statins and proton pump meds are 2 major ones I avoid for that reason. Hope you're able to lower it. I also eat organic chia and flax so that may also help. But def check with your Dr. 💜
WOW! I have taken supplements all of my life thanks to my mother, who started me on them when I was much younger. Both of my parents take quite a few supplements and have for many years. They are older but are in excellent health for their ages 85 and 86. I haven't been as consistent as I should be in taking supplements, but I have had a wake-up call recently and feel like this came at a perfect time. I definitely think they have helped me in so many ways as I prefer to go the natural way as well. You mentioned several supplements that I am not so familiar with but would like to try and see how they work for me. Extremely interesting video! I appreciate you sharing this valuable information. Thank you! You are looking beautiful as always!
Hi Sheri! Love your videos, have recently purchased a few of these supplements on your recommendation. Thanks but want to add I do not like the taste of the liquid liposomal glutathione. It reminds me of drinking milkweed with a weak grape taste. I’ve never drank milkweed but lol but it reminds me of that. It’s hard to get down. If you don’t like milk get the pill form! I will choke it down but that aftertaste for me is disgusting! Just a warning to your viewers who don’t like the taste of milk! 😆
My D3 K2 is a liquid supplement. Sublingual. Thanks Sheri for the recs. Love your suggestions and picked some up with your links. I love shopping at iherb too….
Hi Lovely, I ordered the ginseng and noticed it said only to have one spoonful a day. How much do you put in hot water if you are having it a few times a day? BTW, it tasted more like vegimite or marmite with a bit of mushroom to me, not like licorice, which I love, so it was easier for me to just gulp the spoonful down and chase it with a glass of water then suffer through a cup of it! 😂
Lol you made me giggle. I can imagine trying to eat the sticky extract off the spoon LOL I use a little less than a full spoon. But sometimes I do a full spoon. I like how you described the taste. I dunno why I taste a hint of licorice?? When I was a kid and my parents drank it, I didn't enjoy it but now I love it. 💗
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri yes I’ve taken it for about 15 years and I always try to mention it in any videos about supplements to all the beauty influencers I follow😄 it works so well to protect my skin. You are the first RUclipsr I follow who takes it and I’m so glad 🥰
I don't need to take it all the time anymore BUT here is the video if you want to check it out. ruclips.net/video/dZqkh2PD6TA/видео.html The 2 I took are in description box of the video but if you have time pretty please watch the video 1st before you buy anything to understand more about why and when to take them just to be safe. 🤗
Do you take your red Yeast Rice in the evening??? Do you just take the recommended amount the manufactures states, or did you take more??? Sorry 2 questions. First time my cholesterol is high, I also do not want to take a statin, I have had all the tests and everything was fine.
Yes I only took this exact brand (not something cheaper or at Walmart etc because those could have high levels of a bad ingredient that can cause issues) Anywho yes I took just 1 at night before bed since that's when our body makes cholesterol. I only used it for maybe 2 - 3 months, not forever. Also I increased fiber and drink lots of fluids and I juice and make healthy smoothies too...and started exercising more. But definitely check with your Dr 1st. If you have kidney or liver issues, it might not be good for you. But most people I've heard of having issues, they were taking a different brand. I'm VERY particular with the brands of supplements I use...I don't look for the cheapest....I look for the best quality, 3rd party tested, Dr recommended (holistic Dr) etc. Hope that helps 💜
Also the Cardiologist I saw did a Calcium scan and my results were perfect. He said even though the primary was recommending a statin, he said not necessary at all and agreed with me taking the suppplements. So I always like to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion when certain Drs try to push meds. 💜
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri I have had a calcium scan and all is well. Do you just take the recommended dose on the bottle and do you take in the evening??
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri Thank you so much, I ordered via I herb through your site the exact same brand as you are using and my Dr was all for it, was just unsure as to dosing for natural supplements which is sort of why I asked. Thank your for your prompt response to my questions, thank you, it is greatly appreciated
So glad you found things that works for you❤ But all the words you used sound Greek to my pea brain. I already take so much meds every day...don't want anymore. Love ya beautiful ❤
I take My K2-MK7 AND Vit D separately... I love the Life Extension Brand... Liposomal C I use the NOW brand or NutraFlair... My D level baseline is in the 50's but i still take 10,000 a day... I dont want them to drop since I no longer sunbathe... Also With the NAC I take QUERCITIN with it... Very good for lungs and mucus ...
Thanks for great vid, Sheri 🌼 You have always had amazing skin & hair (at least how I ”know” you here in yt 😅). Which one of them all (except fresh healthy diet) have been most important for your hair & skin? Asking, because of my health issues my own hair & skin are so bad nowadays 😔 And here in Europe most doctors know nothing about supplements… I only take Vit D, magnesium, Omegas and ginger & turmeric so far. Asthaxanthin sounded v promising?
Hi there. I would have labs done to check your Vit D. You definitely want to take enough to get your levels up. Low Vit D can trigger hair loss, shedding etc. Zinc is also great for hair growth. When I was struggling, I also took a DHT blocker supplement amzn.to/3YDeiLM and livdtox amzn.to/3SznFIN to help get rid of the excess hormone that suffocates hair and makes it fall out. Astaxanthin is a great supplement BUT not my 1st choice if only focusing just on hair growth. It definitely can help since it encourages better circulation to the scalp. But I would also check into scalp health topically and maybe try a Ketoconazole shampoo amzn.to/4dc10KQ , leave on 10-20 minutes once or twice a week (on scalp) (use a good conditioner on mids/ends afterwards since it can feel drying on the hair but it works really well on the scalp). And scalp oiling with just a few teaspoons of scalp oil about an hour or two BEFORE washing can also help. Pumpkin seed oil, Amla and rosemary oil are good oils for the scalp.... these are a couple of my faves that worked really well for me amzn.to/3Abz9vK or amzn.to/3WpYr0o and this little scalp massager works so so well bit.ly/4c8ygBf to increase circulation in the scalp and it feels amazing. Hope that helps Of course this is just what worked for me, always check with your Dr 1st to know what's best for you. 💜
Great vid, thx! I have been taking a Women’s One Day Multi Vitamin for years and have been doing more research that many have Calcium Carbonate in them, that aren’t good for your arteries so I’m trying to find a multi vitamin that has calcium but not the carbonate form to know luck! Also, your right about them having so many unnecessary other ingred!
Yes I touched on it in the end. But no biotin, no multi, yes to Vit D (but have levels checked 1st), zinc, ginseng, omegas. Also I have other hair videos about how I oil my scalp and different shampoos and scalp massagers I use. If you have time and want to read thru comments, I did leave a detailed comment to another gal with links to everything I would use for hair from supplements to shampoo to oils etc. 💜
Thank you so much for all of your helpful information! I have a question about sunscreen. What brand of biodegradable sunscreen would you recommend? I'm not familiar enough with them to know which ones are it aren't. I'm going on a cruise next year and the excursions only allow you to wear biodegradable sunscreen.
Hi, I was taking now foods glutathione. I always give a weightage to the brands you suggest. So I wanted to check this aurora brand and looks like they also have nano-liposomal glutathione and vitamin C. I’m going to try both. Thanks for the suggestion. Just sharing to discuss, in case if you want to upgrade to nano- liposomal or if you find any drawback in it.
It's too bad so few of us have doctors that actually understand the studies on vitamin D. A lot of people could really benefit from this kind of help. I love the Rosita brand of Fish oil. It's so clean. Also, Magnesium Malate is great for pain. Many Fibromyalgia suffers use Magnesium Malate.
Oh also I forgot to mention to look into Krill oil or cod liver oil for your omega 3’s. Supposedly they are more bioavailable. I switched over to the krill oil by Dr. Mercola. Omega 3’s for me are a game changer for my mood and brain. If I don’t take it, I definitely notice it. Do you do any bioidentical hormones? I’m post menopausal recently and I’m trying not to do anything. I’m a natural no medicine girl like you but not sure with all the “scare” studies out there telling us women we will get dementia, strokes, heat attacks, weak bones etc if we don’t take it. Not sure if these studies are Pharma funded to scare us into it like so many other things 🙁
Thanks for that info. I used to take Cod Liver Oil. So i will look into that. I'm with ya on big ph^rm. And I am hearing tons of scary studies about how we MUST take HRT etc etc. I don't take anything. My Mom has never taken HRT and both my Grandmas never did. One lived to be 98 with clear memory. So I dunno. For now I say I won't take HRT but who knows if I change my mind years down the road. I do NOT trust these sources to be honest. Plus I worked in a hospital as an ER tech and the drug reps would come in and offer bonuses and free vacations to Drs who prescribed X amount of prescriptions...especially the new trending expensive ones.😡 So I have been hesitant to trust many Drs for years because of what I saw in the hospital. I don't think many are purposely seeming shady but I read that they aren't trained in nutrition and healing the source in school...just to give meds and put a bandaid on the problem. I have found some that are awesome and want to HEAL the issue, not mask it with meds. So there are some amazing Drs out there. Yesterday a Dr commented on my IG post saying statins are the same thing as red yeast rice. So I asked him why Drs just don't prescribe supplements then instead of meds. He said because they want to save us money and use our insurance with $5 co pays. LOL I didn't reply back BUT while I know there is the same compound in both, I highly doubt they are the exact same. Just have to be careful which brand the supplememt is since some supplements are a scam. And if they were trying to save us so much money, why weren't they prescribing lv3rmectln which I believe is super cheap to make and no money in it for big ph^rma. So sad I have to write in "code". LOL but that's the world we live in. 😢 Anywho I have lots more thoughts on all this but don't share in my videos because they will get flagged. 🧐 🙄
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri Oh I love you so much and I'm with you 100% on all of this. Thank you for sharing. Sometimes, feeling this way can feel so alone and isolating once you wakeup to the reality of it all. But there is also so much freedom in knowing these things now too and that we don't have to live our lives in the fear based medical system. I also have not heard about the red yeast rice supplement yet, so I appreciate you sharing that. My husband has high LDL but did the CAC test too and he's fine. I believe a lot of the LDL standards have been set to prescribe statins, but you know all of that too. Keep shining your beautiful light on the world!
@@racheli2598 I'm with you both regarding no pharma meds, But since my 40s I've had unexplainable symptoms and been to a ton of doctors and naturopaths, nothing worked, I couldn't understand why I felt terrible when I live a healthy lifestyle, don't drink or smoke, eat organic non-processed food. I even had my breast implants and root canals removed. Now I'm in menopause and my symptoms keep getting worse, I had no choice but to try BIH, so I just started and I hope it helps. I tried to go the natural way through menopause but some women like myself have a really hard time during menopause and need extra help. I get my BIH through a compounded pharmacy. I don't know what the right answer is but all I know is I can't seem to function well anymore.
Great! Do you have thoughts on NAD and Creatine? I understand Biotin can hinder lab results. I take the same Omega and it does not repeat on me like some do. Have a wonderful weekend.
I haven't done enough research on those yet. Yes Biotin "can" give some false labs for thyroid, cardiac and many other tests. Plus it's not usually the case that someone is even deficient in Biotin so no point in taking it IMO. 💗
That's simple...lightweight hair serum before bed and always a silk pillowcase....I rarely braid it or wrap in a loose bun. But that can protect it even more. I just don't like sleeping with it like that. 💜
Retired Navy. While still active duty, Navy Corpsman recommended 5,000 IU of Vitamin D daily since I was smoker at the time. Been taking it daily for 25 years. Fairly certain started daily fish oil in my 30's. Didn't know about K2 till 1-2 years ago. Husband and sisters: that's a lot of supplements. Me: I'd prefer to take 50 supplements over 1 prescription med. That's exaggeration, I don't take 50. Collagen peptides daily in coffee started 3 years ago: it literally took away tennis elbow pain (decades of tennis playing); it hurt to even pick up a pencil. About 2 months of daily collagen peptides: noticed stopped hurting and hasnt returned since. Not observant, don't notice subtle changes to skin, hair, nails but I DO notice when something hurts or doesn't. Collagen peptide (fortigel, fortibone, verisol) and creatine in coffee every morning. Alternate Krill oil w/astaxanthin and 1 Fish Oil w/ 1 Triple Omega, Vit D and K2, Heliocare, Coq10, Glutathione, Hyaluronic Acid (for those joints) and liposomal Vitamin C. 60 next month and feel 30 (don't look 30 but I feel 30). Weight lifting, rebounding and getting my 12k steps daily. Supplements DO help.
Thank you for your service! I was Air Force. I just watched a SUPER interesting video from Dr Berg a few days ago where he interviewed a scientist or Dr about Vit D. It was soooo good. You should check it out. If you can't find it, lemme know and I'll look it up and link it. But I'm upping my dose to 10k iu after watching it.
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri Thank you for your service!!! I will definitely look for Dr Berg's video.. Forgot to mention some issues w/ IBS once hit mid 50's: Ion Gut Support and 3 types of Magnesium in the evening (forget his name but watched video of supposedly best gastro in world: fermented ingredients, I prefer kombucha, and 3 types of magnesium daily).
I take it usually at dinner (with food) BUT I have also taken it a couple hours before bed (without food) because I have read it's best to take at night since that's when our body makes cholesterol anyways. So perhaps it's best to do so at bedtime but either way, it seems to have worked for me. But I've also read that some people said they had great results taking 1 in a.m. and 1 at bedtime. 💜
I have a question do you still enjoy the solaray vitamin c i saw it in your amazon front cause i could do just 2 a day instead of the 3 from the other company , please give me your thoughts love love this video
How did you know to take omega 3 and red yeast rice for your cholesterol? I wish you'd mentioned your "sexy" pills (I can't remember what they are). Do you still take them?
When vitamins and supplements say you get a high percentage of the recommended dosage, say 600% for two capsules, do you really need that much?! I have been taking 1 capsule with the thought that 300% is enough. I would love to hear your thoughts!
It depends on what it is and if it's difficult to absorb in the body etc. Certain things like Vitamin A or Biotin are ones I would never want in super high dosages. But I don't follow the RDA percentages and even sometimes I won't follow actual lab results. Many people can have "normal" labs but they feel like doo doo so that's where functional med Drs or holistic drs are super beneficial to treat symptoms with nutrition and supplements to heal. Many drs will just tell people their labs don't say they need more Vit D etc. But people end up feeling tons better when they do supplement. So really everyone is different and it just depends on the particular supplement. 🤗
I am also taking red yeast rice to lower bad cholesterol as I will also not take a prescription statin, as some brands can cause dementia in older adults.
Sometimes. But not much anymore because alcohol seems to trigger hot flashes and messes with my sleep. 😭 But I will enjoy a glass of wine every now and then....as long as I'm willing to have crappy sleep LOL. So many things I've decided to say goodbye to as I've gotten closer to menopause...sugar and processed foods are a couple others I've cut back on significantly as well. But I make healthier "sweet" options now like my blueberry sorbet with chopped raw almonds and dark chocolate. 💜🍷🍫
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri thank you. I am trying to quit drinking. It does mess with my sleep too.. plusI just want to be healthier. I am 61 and so many of my friends are still going out and drinking a lot on the wknds.. I am seriously just wanting to give it up but know I wont be hanging out with them as much.. 😕
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri That’s unfortunately so true 🍷… Esp. if you also have some shitty chronic illnesses, like me. Would love to hear more about your healthier sweet options?
Degenerative Disc Disease when I was 28 yrs old. Caused nerve damage in arms and nothing else could fix it so the military made me have surgery. But it went bad. So I was medically discharged after 11 years active duty. Still suffer with lots of pain to this day.

Oh wow, so glad you didn't get sick. That's a great combo to take. 💗

Glad it was helpful!
I use a daily collegen peptide 1 scoop in my morning coffee. I take magnesium glycinate in evening. I also take zinc, good for hair, nail, skin. Lastly biotin.
Ohhh I forgot to mention my collagen peptides LOL. I drink that daily. A couple times a day 🤣💜
@GracefulBeautyWithSheri Hi Sheri, could you share what collagen you use. I've tried porcine, bovine, and marine and they always tear up my stomach. It's possible that I just can't take any because I do have digestion problems.
I use Verisol amzn.to/3WQCVUg I have it listed here in the supplements section about halfway down. By Sparkle. Lots of Drs recommend this one.
Hi Sheri thank you for sharing, very informative. A video sharing how you hit your daily protein/fiber goals would be great. Thanks so much!
Will do!!🤗💜
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri Looking forward to it!
Thank you so much for this video, I was really trying to find better quality of what I had already been taking also. And a new one that resonates for me.

Glad it was helpful! I'm happy to help 💗
And I ordered Aurora’s liposomal glutathione with vitamin C, which I keep in the fridge and enjoy.
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri Oh, I didn't know it could darken melasma, thanks for the tip!
Thanks
I so appreciate your knowledge and recommendations, Sheri!!! ♥
I’m grateful for this video. Thank you so much for sharing. ❤ I’m off to search your library to see if you have natural remedies for menopause. Have a blessed day. 🙌🙏
Thanks for this video. I am going to switch my D3 to one that has K2 as well. Also going to add in the Thorne red yeast rice for my cholesterol
I would really love it if you could do a simple video of what you eat in a day.
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri that would be awesome! Thanks! 💜
Your skin does look beautiful. I really want to start taking a couple things on your list. Vitamin D is so important to our health.
Yes Vit D is super duper important! It messes up so many things when we are deficient.
So interesting!! Thank you for sharing your health routine!
Thank you for watching.🤗
Oh wow 9 inches! I bet your head feels so much lighter. I always feel like a new woman with just 2 or 3 inches chopped off. That's great!!!💜
Thank you for the vit D and depression info 😉 I cut back to the basics on my supplements and I am getting my blood work done next week, I can't wait to see the results.
Make sure you ask them to do Vit D. For some reason when I go to a regular primary Dr for a yearly, I have to specify that they add that, as it isn't standard UNLESS you're at a holistic Dr.
Thank you so much for this video. I'm kind of a health nut and learned some new things!
So glad to hear that. Thank you for watching.
Red Yeast has been a game charger for me. My numbers for cholesterol have dropped 125 in 8 months. I have almost reached my goal. 😊
How many of the red yeast pills do you take? With food? Thanks
My D3 K2 is a liquid supplement. Sublingual. Thanks Sheri for the recs. Love your suggestions and picked some up with your links. I love shopping at iherb too….
I've been shopping at i-herb for soooo many years. I know I'm getting the real deal products, especially when I buy supplements. 🤗
I’m glad to see you taking Astaxanthin😄🥰

Oh yes, Quercetin works great for that too. I only took it when I was really sick since daily Quercetin "can" darken melasma.

You have always had amazing skin & hair (at least how I ”know” you here in yt 😅).
Which one of them all (except fresh healthy diet) have been most important for your hair & skin?
Asking, because of my health issues my own hair & skin are so bad nowadays 😔
And here in Europe most doctors know nothing about supplements…
I only take Vit D, magnesium, Omegas and ginger & turmeric so far.
Yikes! That's good to know. I'm not sure about a multi since I'm not a huge fan of most of them. Maybe see what a Holostic Dr recommends for ya. 🤗
Did I miss it? What vitamin do you take for your beautiful hair?? My hair is so thin especially since menopause so wondering what helps your hair?

Do you still take city beauty vitamins?
So true! Vit D has been a GAME CHANGER for me. 💗

What time of day do you take the red yeast, with food?
At night
I take it usually at dinner (with food) BUT I have also taken it a couple hours before bed (without food) because I have read it's best to take at night since that's when our body makes cholesterol anyways. So perhaps it's best to do so at bedtime but either way, it seems to have worked for me. But I've also read that some people said they had great results taking 1 in a.m. and 1 at bedtime. 💜

How did you know to take omega 3 and red yeast rice for your cholesterol?
I wish you'd mentioned your "sexy" pills (I can't remember what they are). Do you still take them?
I just do a lot of research and look at different studies. No I haven't taken those in a long time. I ran out and haven't repurchased.
Yes I have read those studies. Yikes!

Sometimes. But not much anymore because alcohol seems to trigger hot flashes and messes with my sleep. 😭 But I will enjoy a glass of wine every now and then....as long as I'm willing to have crappy sleep LOL.
