ഒരു പാട് ചൂട് വേണ്ട...ആദ്യം തയ്യാറാക്കി ബീറ്റ്റൂട്ട് വെള്ളത്തിലെ ചൂട് മതിയാകും..ചീനചട്ടി ചെറുതായി ചൂടാക്കിയും മിക്സ് ചെയ്യാ....കൈ കൊണ്ട് തിരുമി മിക്സ് ചെയ്യുന്നവർ പൊള്ളാതെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുക

Dr. പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ ചെയ്തു നോക്കി 3 ദിവസം. പക്ഷെ ഒരു ഫലവും കണ്ടില്ല തേയ്ക്കും ബോൾ കറുത്തിരിക്കും രണ്ടു മണിക്കൂർ കഴിഞ്ഞു കുളിയ്ക്കും ബോൾ എല്ലാ കറുപ്പും മാറി പഴയതു പോലെ ആക്കുന്നു. എവിടെയാണു് പ്രശ്നം എന്നു അറിയില്ല..

ബീറ്റു റൂട്ടു, തേയില, നെല്ലിയ്ക്ക് പൊടി, മൈലാഞ്ചി Dr. പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരം തന്നെയാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതു. 8 മണിക്കൂർ കഴിഞ്ഞു നോക്കുംബോൾ നല്ല കറുപ്പാണ്.. തലയിൽ തേയ്ക്കും ബോഴു കറുപ്പു ഉണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ കുളി കഴിയും ബോൾ ഈ കളർ മുടിയിൽ പിടിക്കുന്നില്ല.. ഇതു തേയ്ക്കുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് തലമുടിയിലെ എണ്ണമയം കഴുകി കളഞ്ഞിട്ടാണ് ഇതു തേയ്ക്കുന്നതു .
