I love how he didn't come up with his own version of the solo, as talented as he is. This is an awesome tribute of Glenn's work. Long live the King Tipton.
I would say it is his own version, various phrases are changed or slightly tweaked in quite a personal way, but it follows the same order and intensity of the original very closely, I think it's brilliant work and it's the first time I hear Faulkner's playing
He did... he did moved the arpeggio up into a different shape so he could hit the 21 and 22 with his fretting hand, which works perfectly well albeit slightly differently than GT.
Richie Is One of my favourite guitarist out there. It seems like the best from Rhoads-wylde-schenker melted in One person and created something particoular. Is contribution in the Firepower album Is Simply great
I have an aortic aneurysm n thankfully no problems with it so far. Richie as soon.as you heal, pls tell people who have an A A to have their cardiologist to check them for an AA. Praying for you.
Masterful guitar work but is Rob Halford going straight to hell real soon for constantly invoking Satan with the frequent flashing of the horned hand sign? I want to know if Judas Priest is good or eeeeevil!!??
"evil" as fighting assumptions and conventions if necessary for self-expression, "good" for fiercely denouncing evil with their amazing music 🤟 the horns either can mean I love you or as a gesture for dispelling negative spirits from southern Italy's folk tradition (Ronnie James Dio's close heritage) you can easily read about this stuff, also check Rob Halford's interviews and lyrics
Like Tipton? Not even close, he also hit a ton of flat notes, what are people listening to? Was this the show his aorta burst on stage, poor guy. Great guitarist though.
Watching the security guy enjoying the beautiful music as much as I was made this video even better!
And seeing Ian's shadow headbanging in the right corner. Stuff like that makes it that bit better

He definitely put some own stuff in it, although similar to the original!

Loved that the big screen had footage of Glen during Richies solo
This man was born to play that solo.
Love how he plays exactly like Tipton did!
But a lot more accurate

Good sound, good skill
People always talk shit about cell phones at concerts but if wasn't for them we wouldn't have these gems to look at!
I was there.
Awesome
He's played it many times before being in Priest :-)
크으....진짜 잘치네 진짜 잘쳐 후달달달

Decent but doesn't play it as good as Tipton
Damnclose but not quite Glenn's signature sound. Still very very good, nonetheless.

He's evil for making the band get the j@b because Ritchie is now suffering because of it,no more metal gigs for me 👹😥

Tipton can't play it anymore due to parkinsons. And this was uploaded in 2018, so this isn't the one.
