Happy belated birthday Beth! I know what you mean about not decorating for Christmas until after your birthday, mine is on the 19th and my mum always waited until the next day to put the tree up when I was young. I’ll be 56 and it just makes me giggle as I have not grasped the concept I’m actually grown up 🤭😂
Another fabulous episode again, I’ve never had advents but I love watching everyone open (and knit with) theirs, it looks like such a fun daily piece of joy.

I lOVE your color play sweater! I bought the pattern earlier this year and haven't had a chance to knit it yet, but it's next on my list. I just love the sleeves so much! It's beautiful! I went overboard with minis a couple of years ago and have so many I could choose from to make a really fun one!
Wonderful! I've done the same with minis, but who can help it?!?! They are so much fun and having a ton of colors at your fingertips is fantastic!!!
I really enjoy your podcasts. I like the way you talk about your knitting and designs- very interesting; you have a unique style. I'd like to be considered to test knit at the 24-stitch gauge. I've never done a test knit; I'm about a size 42, I'm in my 70s and I think I could do a good job and finish on time. Lynda

Ooooh would love to test that pink and red sweater….so nice!!! Also got some Kare for a turtle dove. I made one one in a bulky thick yarn and love it but it is rather stiff. Love your podcast!!!

An 18 gauge is my current favorite gauge so I’d love to see you start with that one. I’d love to test knit for you if you do that gauge to start. Given the size of my stash, I would be happy to test any gauge up to about 24!

Do you have a test knitter sign up somewhere? I'd love to test the Bermy Basic. A pattern that could be used at multiple gauges would be amazing since I'm a spinner and often my yarn doesn't come out exactly as planned!

Hi Beth , I'm knitting raglan sweater from bottom up , using 6 colors (helix) . What is the best way to do short rows?Thanks!
Hmmm that would be tricky. I'd look at Joji's recent design called Stripey Unicorn where she comes across the issue of adding short rows to 1 row stripes. I think she has a very unique solution to this problem - well worth buying that pattern for just that information. Good luck!
