I went and saw this in the cinema by myself. Seeing this scene for the first time, as a metal head and car guy, this was one of the best memories I have ever had going to the movies. I'm so glad I did.

I read it was 132 lbs and the gas powered flames were controlled by the whammy bar but watching when they shoot out, his hand is NOT touching the bar 🤔🤷♂️

I swear, every time Doof Warrior appears on screen I can’t help but cracking a huge smile 😅 I love every second of his screen time. I would love a spinoff movie or even tv series about his current life, or backstory, or even him in the future, don’t care lol. I need to seek out the comics that came out along with the movie, I hear there’s a lot of backstory about him there

I am such a cult follower of this movie. Did not see Furiosa yet, but Fury Road was soooo well made visually & in continuity. The acting was sublime from all. So far for me, the best Mad Max installment yet!! ❤
This is the one movie that when I hear someone hasn't seen it, I make sure to watch it with them. Since I can't experience it for the first time again at least I can watch someone else experience it for the first time.
Whilst back backing in Australia the 90s I thumbed a lift and got picked up by these guys. Imagine my surprise to realise there was a guy strapped to the front of the truck I was in shooting flames out of his guitar. A fond memory of my teenage years, they eventually dropped me off in Alice Springs and the guy with the guitar cheekily lit my cigar with his flame thrower before they drove off. Happy days. 😊
The Mad Max movies will forever be the greatest post apocalyptic series ever made for car gurus.
