Was such a fun time. Luckily I saved my breakage for after the clock stopped. Haha. Either way it was awesome and glad we got to be a part of it. Thanks Marvin.
Thanks for clearing that up. For a second I thought you broke and didn’t tell nobody haha. Beast of a rig you got
You were the best driver on the trail 🤘🏻
@@mrwinston_thepug not by a long shot. Thanks though.
Hey Rory, I noticed something during the series. I watch all your videos and notice you sawing the steering wheel when climbing a tall ledge or get the front end bound up. During this series, I noticed some guys starting to do that towards the end of the trail. I think we need to name that move the Irish shuffle or the Irish shimmy.
@@EL-ru8nl I noticed that also, smart move.
Great series! Glad we were a part of it!
That was impressive where you and Rory didn't winch on that one climb.
Great to see you there. Watching you pull out that last one was truly amazing.
I was pulling for Rory and Paul ..
Not disappointed..!!!!
You did a fantastic job Paul, and your channel is one of my favorites to watch, but when you are on Marvin's 24 Hours to Hell and Back, that is an outstanding performance by all of you guys.
FabRats - exactly as expected! Awesome job Paul.
Anyone else waiting for Rory to start driving up the obstacles backwards?😅
Came here to say that! Lol
That will probably be a requirement for Rory to do the whole course at the 2024 Hell and Back.
I was hoping he would do the last one backwards.
Wouldn't make any difference to him🤣........😂😎
Favourite rig of the crew is Paul’s FJ. “Little” tires and wheelbase, he just did a great job.
I love his rig too. Paul is so competitive I knew he’d give it his all and he didn’t disappoint.
Paul Cox is an awesome dude himself! FabRats is my 2nd favorite RUclips channel after Cleetus McFarland's channel.
Same here.
I've been a fan of that FJ ever since he found it and brought it home. He did a great job getting it up the trail. That last obstacle proved is "never give up" attitude.
The best line of the whole series was by Rory: "To get comfortable with your rig, it takes years of Flipping it". I laughed waaay too loud. Great job Rory.
He’s so right with that!
@@FlexRocksRollovers Im a Trailmater fan so im a bit biased but, that was about as good of a display of a guy knowing his rig and making it do what it needed to do to get the job done and look almost effortless doing it that ive seen from these Hell n back rides!!
💯
😂Amazing how Paul pulled off the hang time like that, Wowza. And Rory 😮,,what's to be said that hasn't been said?
Rory Irish is the man. The dude is always looking out for everyone on the trail
Rory drove through that entire trail like it was a piece of cake. Hope to see him on the next one.
What I love about Rory is he constantly is looking for new ways to solve the problem. Instead of following everyone else he took stock of the challenge and found an approach he thought was best suited to his rig. He believed in his choice and kept at it despite getting held up 2/3 of the way up. As it does so often it paid off for him.
Rory is successful because of his problem solving and perseverance.
Rory is the perfect example of knowing your rig in and out. He’s an animal at driving. Overall it was incredible. Everybody did a badass job and it seemed like a hell of a time!
And one hell of a spotter!
Marvin this channel deserves so many more subs, this is definitely one of the best wheeling channels on RUclips, the fact that you and your team put in all the work to do this is incredible!
36:39 Paul sure knows how to wheel that FJ
He does!!
He's had lotsa practice.
Should have made Rory do the trail in reverse to give everyone else a fighting chance
Love this comment 😂😂😂
Rory is one of the most talented driver I ever saw. I watch his channel when he do his very complicated and dangerous recovery’s . Rory you are a BOSS JEDI LEVEL !
I just love watching Rory drive, that man is a animal.
Yea, we all knew he was good, but this just proved how good he is.
Psh. I’ve done bigger obstacles in my civic. 😂. Super cool series! So glad trailmater, fab rats and RAD made it out!
Pics of said Civic please 😂
Amazing job once again Marvin putting this all together. Rorry, you’re a legend and hats off to Paul Cox for hanging with the big dogs. Exceptional performance from everyone involved. Thanks for the superb entertainment, couldn’t wait for the next Sunday each week.
Wow Rory @trailmater didn't have to pull line once. That says something about his ability to drive and his buggy. Paul also for what he had to work with did awesome. It was really cool to see the different types of vehicles and that everyone made it out. Congrats to everyone for making it 24 hours to hell and back!
what Paul saved at the last obstacle was incredible :D
Rory is the absolute man when it comes to wheeling and recovery!! Congratulations for an
amazing job on this trail!!👊💪😎
Paul Cox and Rory are the real deal!!!
Marvin best Hell and Back production to date! Great drivers, rigs and Wildcard!
Right on! 🤘
Incredible! Thank you Marvin Flex Rocks and roll overs for putting a tire on this epic trail!❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
Rory is an awesome dude. Paul Cox as well. My favorite you-tube channels.
Marvin you are amazing, it's been an absolute blast, thank you!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
❤️🤍💙
Keyboard warriors who think they could do this, just know, even if Rory gave you the keys to his rig, You Can't Do This, that is years and years of dedication to the sport and knowing your rig. Amazing event again Marvin and Team!! Looking forward to 2024 24 Hell and Back!!
This hell and back was epic! Congratulations, you deserve to be the best off road youtube channel.
Thanks 🙏
thank all of you Brothers that took the challenge 24Hr.Hell and back
a big shout out to Rory & his Buggy can't forget my favorite youtubers Paul from Fab Rats and of course Rudy I enjoyed every hour an hour
I want to thank the Flex, Rocks & Rollovers team for putting another excellent video. Everyone who participated in this event was awesome coming together as one big team working together making sure everyone would make it through some gnarly trails.
Watching Rory and the Trail Mater team pull off some major obstacles and hitting those bonus lines was stellar.
This has been such an awesome series!!!
Thanks for watching 🙏
Thanks Marvin!
The apparent dedication to excellence you put into this series is outstanding.
How about that Rory!
Paul's contagious positive attitude is a blessing to watch, it spills over to anyone coming into contact with him.
You guys should link with FanDuel for these events !! My money has been on Rory Irish since I found out he was invited!
Different breed!!
I'm so happy that Ian had the pink helmet so many times after his cocky comment in the very beginning .
Paul that was badass!!!
Rory is such a stud. He spends more time in the rocks than anyone, and it shows.
Ian taking the self checkout grocery store lines is killing me...all these yrs i thought he was "the tv offroad guy"..so much for that
I hope you guys invite Rory, Paul and Rudy back next year they definitely earned their spot in my opinion. I was really impressed
You guys are all unbelievable, but watching Rory crawl up those 30-ft walls with his buggy where it seems obvious that he is going to have to winch, and then suddenly one of his tires will catch onto seemingly nothing but air, and he will just slowly crawl up the trail. Rory, if you haven't read the comments, you are pretty highly respected for your driving skills, and all of us LOVE to watch you drive your buggy up these incredible trails...
Camera crews are different breed.
I thank the camera crew as well. Because they did a great job.
Awesome series. Don’t really feel like Ian wanted to be there or appreciated the opportunity
I feel the same way
Congrats to all the guys who battled the trail! Awesome job Rory! The way everyone pulled together to conquer the trail was fantastic.
Can't wait to see what Marvin finds for this year!
Rory and Paul are literally a living legends.
That finish by Fabrats was epic, that’s when you know your rig! Nice job!
Thanks to those camera guys who fought thru that with the boys was a good season of hell and back definitely will be waiting for the full movie version
To fill in the blank for Marvin, RATS ASS!! Paul doesn’t give a RATS ASS!!😂😂
Great work from everyone!! What a show!
What a show! Thanks to the film crews for giving us all the virtual ride-along - that was pure insanity!
Respect to Marvin & team, also all the drivers/ vehicle/ supporters etc.not that I’ll ever partake in in anything like this myself, but it’s one hell of a ride!
Thank you Marvin and Team and all drivers! Great Adventure to watch!
Thank you bud!! Much appreciated 🤘🤘
Rory is king!!!! Love the whole series! Can’t wait for next year! Fab Rats were fire too! Great run Paul!!!! Peck Brothers crack me up!! Great job guys! Wild Card was a thrill to watch as well. Good luck buddy
I feel like Paul should’ve got a -2 or at least a -1 for pulling the wall with tiny tires when almost all of the big tire buggies couldn’t.
I watched this for the wheeling and my girlfriend watched it for the stunning camera work! GREAT SERIES!
Again..! Can’t wait… Ready set go, now starts the planning for next year..!
Rory did incredibly well. His crew is on that level with him as well
Great job, Paul and Rory on the big climb
Wow! I follow Fab Rats and Rory. This was the first time i came across this event and it was awesome. Definitely found some other channels to watch. Great job. Love the Jeepster Marvin.
Awesome! Check out some of the previous hell and back’s as well! 🤘
I recently added the Peck Brothers to my RUclips routine. (Already a longtime follower of Paul and Rory, as well as the rest of the associated Utah gang.) The Pecks remind me of Paul and Rory in the way they approach their show. Just some guys doing work, having fun, and filming it so others can see.
Sweet series Marv, I think you could have squeezed two more episodes out of this one. But then, you guys might still be there filming lol. Great job for another year in the hat. You know this event is gaining traction that everyone knows about it. Next year you'll have people calling you non stop to join.
Thank you Mike!! Much appreciated
Well I always love Paul and Rory…but I gotta give a big Atta Boy to Rudy…..Definitely been able to see him come from Boy to Man….and Good Man He has Become👊🇺🇸👊
Now that people have seen this trail Rory will be here with the wrecker to haul them out. Will have to back up the hill of course!
Utah has been my favorite Hell and Back to date see you all in march!
Glad to hear that!
There needs to be a way to put more than 1 thumbs up for such a great video. Rory needs to have far more subscribers. So does Flex,Rocks & Rollovers! I watched you once with Mischief Maker and the MORR crew at sand hollow driving a toyota pickup and subscribed then and there. These hell and back videos are some of the most exciting an old guy can enjoy.
Paul and the Rat Rod are studs.
Being a coal miner that works rotating shifts I think it is a piece of cake to stay up for 24 hours. But the next 12 hours after that are the hard ones to stay awake for
I hated that changing shifts every month or quarter, especially as a night owl. It really was ###### when on 8 hour shifts, at a work all 7 day job. When it went to 2 shifts with "Panama scheduled" with fixed days or nights. 👍
@DB-yj3qc every mine that I have worked at here (8 different mines) we switch shifts every week or every other week. Working 4 tens and 3 13 hour shifts doing a graveyards/ days/ swing shift rotation. Some mines have worked 4 shifts on 4 shifts off on a 13 hour shift. That being just a day/graveyards shifts
You guys are some where between "F**king crazy" and insane. Hats off to all of you and your driving skills. You are all winers for even finishing . Wow you all have amazing skills !
We need Pual,Matt and Rory on the next hell and back
rudy, you were the underdog with the full body and stock 6 cylinder engine
Trail Mater is the man hands down!! Paul/Fab Rats kicked ass to ! But in all honesty everyone did great! Can't wait for the next one for sure!!
Outstanding youtube tv! This production crew knows their stuff. Salute. I love Marvin's dedication to the sport. To me this is way more entertaining than KOH or Easter Jeep Safari, or any of the others.
A few observations:
I was surprised at Ian's choice of vehicle.
I was surprised Rudy's XJ did so mediocre. A contributing factor might have been way too much air pressure in the tires. Maybe that is to save the sidewalls. He did 5 pink helmets worse than the Ultra4 car. Think about that for a minute.
The number one driver is Rory by a landslide. Minus three pink helmets is amazing, given that some had plus six. That is a 9-helmet difference.
Marvin's jeep must be made out of the best material known to man, to keep doing this stuff year after year. The new wrap looks killer. It almost matches Light Brite's Jeep. Maybe it is time for it to get a different name.
Paul did well. His odd-shaped belly, super long control arms, and low belly height hurt him on this trail.
Whatever drivetrain is in the Ultra4 car is.... I want that.
Rory absolutely ruled that trail. That's some accomplishment with a $12.00, 8 year old buggy.
Great job guy's. Rory is the king of that trail no pink helmet for him. Everyone was amazing to watch and I hope they all had fun. Thanks for the video stay safe guy's.
Rory Awesome
Never winched did all bonuses
Great job
I always love seeing Rudy too love that xj
What an awesome adventure. Everyone put on a great show. Thanks all!!!!
Rory, I could do that in my mom’s Civic! Come on! 🤣😂🤣
Seriously, this was awesome to watch. The different skill level and rigs. Bravo to all involved.
Rudy jeep was the little jeep that could! Kept up with the big boys out there! 💯🫡
The Sector shaft was a hell of a break. Glad it happened on the last obstacle. Someone would have had to go and pickup a new steering gear otherwise. With that big of meats, it could be time for full hydro? :)
Yeah this could’ve made this a 36 hour hell and back if it would’ve given up sooner 😂
I’ve watched parts of 24hr. but because some of my regular RUclipsrs I watched everything you posted and will each year from now on. Thank you Marvin and camera crew for a spectacular event.
Paul’s rig has really impressed me. Glad to see the transmission hold up ;)
Kudos to Rudy for your run especially in an "semi stock" XJ compared with the other vehicles.
Overall kudos to all that participated. In some ways it reminded me of doing 24-72 hour exercises in Army.
Rory trains all year for this sort of stuff with ankle weights on (5,000 lb Jeep behind him).
It's no surprise that he excels at it when he's worrying about half as much weight and half as many wheels.
Prettiest damn pictures I have ever seen on RUclips. Two thumbs up + 5 stars to everyone on the video production team! Now that's out of the way, I can truthfully say that this is an awesome series. I found this by being a long time Fab Rats viewer, but I am now also a subscriber here and looking forward to more! Thanks for the hours of entertainment!
I think the video production team needs a lot of muscle rub and a big thanks . Just walking up that one time must hurt and you know they did it more than that.
Congratulations to Marvin, Tom, Shawn, Rory, Paul, Rudy, John, Nick, and the Peck brothers!
Best production yet Marvin. I hope you put out a full length documentary on this
In my opinion, this was the best 24 Hours Hell Back series! You put an awesome team together for this challenge. Great job to everyone that put blood sweat and tears to make this happen. ❤
Here's to another awesome 24 Hell And Back ! Can't wait until the next one . Thank you Marvin and all the competitors as well as all the sponsors..
Marvin, you may have outdone yourself on this one! The wild card, awesome choice, fit right in! Showed up n showed out. Rory is Rory no matter the situation, Exceptional driving & always helping others. Paul, great driver also & amazing teammate to everyone & showed just what he’s made of on the last obstacle!
Awesome group of guys!
Sad it’s over but can’t wait for the next one! Thanks Marvin!
Love to hear that! Thanks for watching 🤘
This was epic as all of them are Marvin I want to give you a big Thanks.
I'm loving this 24hr hell and back series, Marvin. Great work 👏
Rory, if you're reading this, you're of a beast of a driver. 💪
That had to be the best ever video I have ever watched. Paul and Rory for the win
Absolutely to Rory and Paul, Rudy, you did fantastic!!!!!!!
Thank You Marvin, for Creating and Organizing the 24 hell and Back series. Not only were you able to organize some of the best off-road drivers and rigs from RUclips, but you also have some of the best camera work I have ever seen, and your guys who walked the entire length of the trail gave me an entirely new level of respect for Flex, Rocks & Rollovers...
There was never a doubt in my mind Rory was gonna stand out in the crowd. All great drivers, but Rory's the GOAT.
Great event 🎉🎉🎉 well done Hell and Back Team !! 😊
I’m so confused as to how little subscribers you have. Makes absolutely no sense. This is by far the best offroad content on RUclips.
That was one hell of a hell and back! Congratulations to all the drivers, crew, and camera crew. You did it!
This was the best Hell & Back I think. A bunch of great people working together and having a great time. That trail was insane and I know cameras don’t do it justice at all. Thank you to everyone that put in so many late nights and endless hours into planning this and building amazing rigs so we all can enjoy watching it. I can’t wait for next years event. Thank you
Amazing series that I didn't even know existed. Worth every second.
Gentlemen that was awesome you all crushed it 👊🏼💥. Rory you are the best ever👏🏼 24 hrs perect timing
Fantastic series, Marvin! I've only been following Fab rats, Trailmater, et. al., for a year or so and you took rock crawling to the next level. You've earned the 'likes & subscribes' from all of us. Well done!
I love how the cameras didn’t get much of the rear steer buggy. Was looking forward to watching him wheel more.
Even more respect for Rory and Paul after this series. Loved everything about this 24hr Hell and Back. Great stuff!! Good Job FRR this was a solid group of wheelers and great production.
Rory got that special love and grit money can't but
And the legendary Rory and Paul doing it without a winch 🤘😁🤘
