  • How to - hardware setup for driving servo mechanics according to music or speech.
As a sample the 3D printable and adjustable eye mechanics is used. But this hardware and the relating software is by far not limited to that. Everytime you want to move servos synchronous to sound, the hardware and the bechele open source animatronic software is right.

Could I make a simple 5 second choreography that goes in a cycle for the servos to move when I play any song and ends when the song ends. I just want it to recognize that a song begins and ends and dances when the song is playing. The only other thing I need help understanding is just getting the servos to make when someone is singing/talking in any song. Both of these ideas would apply like when I ask for a song to play (which would be a different song every time) it would cycle through a programed dance and move the jaw servos when vocal tracks are played and recognized.

Hello, the first question is easy to answer: That is what the software is made for - see: bechele.de/?page_id=73
The second wish is not so easy to realize, since sequences are usually started by a button press, so you need to find a way to trigger the movement sequence and even more difficult the voice needs to be translated into senseful movements . I think my software is not the right thing for that.

LG

Hallo, alles notwendige findes Du unter:
      www.thingiverse.com/thing:2863069
      ruclips.net/video/U1c4R2EB83A/видео.html
