The “we think we know you” performance is so powerful to me.
It shows how his surrounding world has reacted to him becoming a comedian. The more he puts himself out here, the more people think they know him.
To the point where when he stops pointing to these characters on stage (stops giving them input) they continue to judge him.
And so with no other choice he chooses to not ignore or retaliate, but turn it into art. Actively creating a song out of their judgements on stage.

@OnMyMindUncut out of curiosity what parts of tgat do you think are wrong and why? I assume the "you're not going to heaven" part? Everything else is said was pretty logical, but please expand on your opinion.
Mainly that you have to love God to get love back. It's not biblical.
That's not what that means
@OnMyMindUncut it really seems like most people who fall for God just want love. They want someone to always love them, and that's "God" to them.
Once you love yourself, you'll find the "God" in you. That's why it ends with "I'm not going to give you love because you want it".
You don't need religion, you need love, and they told you God will always love... to gaslight you.
Only you, can always love you. Once you learn that, you won't need a God, and you won't be afraid.
If there is a God, that's the most powerful thing we've been given, the ability to love yourself. True freedom.
