Good wee video again sir its just about being In the right place at the right time nowadays for salmon especially on a big river like the tay only fished it a few times for salmon was usually the earn fished and had some great days many moons ago the amount of fish in it was crazy every pool was stuffed with fish but even then it could still be hard get a fish the sea trout fishing at this time used to be great
Nice stretch of river but not a bite. I don't think commercial fishing is the main cause of lack of fish. Many compounding factors , even with restocking we have an uphill battle in the Rhine. Look forward to the next outing 😂

Love your optimism mate .but sadly I think this maybe a recurring theme on rivers this year stocks are getting less each year .

Back in the late 60s and early 70s salmon would regularly swim through your legs. Commercial fishing has a lot to answer for.
It must have been something else fishing back then. I was born in 81 so caught the very end of the food times. Thanks for watching 👍
