As great as Monater Hunter Wilds is, I actually still like World Iceborne better, atleast judging on the Beta expierence. I dont know why, but its system and gameplay appealed to me a bit more

Which is why my opinion is not yet out into stone, I am still open to change my opinion while playing the full game when it comes out in February. But still, from the expierence that I had in the Beta I at the moment say that certain things, like for example some weapon movesets, are more to my liking in World. If you dont agree with that opinion its alright, everyone is allowed to habe his own view of things

You can redirect or interupt many combos and attack chains far easier as in World and other games of the series. Of course I can completley understand if one prefers this, but I personally preferred the combat flow of World, where many high damage attacks needed to be timed and aimed with more care
If this was a ubisoft game it would be the other way around lmao! Its pretty amazing that despite the graphics problems and performance, details have been added almost everywhere

Hopefully the REX engine is finished and implemented soon. Also, I think Wilds is processing a lot in the background that you don't immediately see, and the maps are seemlessly connected.

It does look better than the series S. I tried to fight the lightning dragon monster , when the fight went into a little oasis , the fps dropped to 1-2 for a couple seconds. Felt like i had a 2002 computer and not a series S...

Honestly, the increase in graphical fidelity in MH Wilds is not worth the price we have to pay in GPU workload.....If they kept the same old engine of MH World, but with all the new animations and mechanics, MH Wilds would be much better off

graphical fidelity-wise not much has improved. gameplay was fun as long as they fix the shit optimization, framerate and resolution issue both in PC and PS5. The graphics arent that greatly improved from world to have this horrible performance issue, beta is not an excuse as well. Hopefully Capcom fixes this shit

The camera works still need some improvement in wild, the way you clutch the lift bug, feels more dynamic in Iceborne compared to wild

A bit more anxious this new Hunter lol. I like my Hunter stoic and wolf-like. Wilds is wild in detail but WorldBorne is a beautiful game as well.
