Linklight returns to the workshop for Rivals of Aether which gives you access to custom new characters or mods! In this video I check out Demoman or Demopan from Team Fortress 2 a classic game by Valve. This guy can sticky jump and do all kinds of fun tech.

i think the up smash is a referance to karma charger he was a youtuber who shoved of workshop wepons and such and i remember a lock and load x10 ore something as a video from him (kinda hard to know if this stuf is true cus karma charger deleted his videos again) so im pretty sure its a referance to that video

the foward smash attack as I know, is based on the video of the heavy is dead, where the demoman says a joke wich comes as this:

I think the gun is from the “give the demo man a Glock” meme since he doesn’t have a hit scan weapon. Either that or it’s a flintlock cuz he’s got an eyepatch like a pirate

Some mods I recommend:
Jerma985. I thought it was a joke until I installed it and realized it is one of the best made mods out there.
A revisit of Morshu. I know you reviewed him awhile ago, but I still think it’d be a fun revisit. PS: he has a signature final smash.
Kick Buttowski. A pretty cool mod I think could use a bit of spotlight. Surprisingly well made.
Hotel Mario. There are two of these mods, but one of them is incredibly well made so I suggest you check it out.
Patrick Star. A recent, yet very cool mod.
Gumball and Darwin. VERY well made, considering they act like Pyra and Mythra.
Peter Griffin Definitive Edition. It’s a bit of a joke, yet well made at the same time. A lot like Starwalker.
Homer Simpson. Just a well made mod, nothing more to say.
Phoenix Wright. Against, there’s two versions, and both are good. Maybe do it like the Annoying Dog video.
Komaru Naegi. From Danganronpa. A good mod overall with a lot of attention to detail.
Monokuma from Danganronpa. Again, well made.
Last Danganronpa character, Nagito. Like all the others before, well made.
Mad Mew Mew. Hey, you missed an Undertale character. This is the one you missed.
Crash Bandicoot. PS: Signature Final Smash
LowTierGod. Like Jerma, I thought it was a joke until I installed it.
Sonic.exe. Well made.
Bill Cypher. Well made
Niko. Well made, and just great to see One Shot in the game anyway.

Everyone's talking about the Heavy is Dead reference, but that up smash is a reference to a really old joke weapon called the "force-ten-nature", where 10 Force-a-natures were crafted into one weapon. Loud, and has a lot of knockback.

You showing off your scatter gun makes me want to make a weapon of my own. I’m a TF2 noob myself; never downloaded the game, let alone played a single match as any character, but I do want to make something for a character. Perhaps engineer. He seems like a pretty interesting character to play as; guns a blazing.
You should totally do it! My scatter was kind of expensive but there’s plenty of cool weapons you can make for different kinds of budgets
pretty sure the gun is from "heavy is dead" and tge gun is the diamondback i think (spy weapon so thats cool)
you can also market garden if you bounce with the loose cannon. There's like a windy falling sound that plays whenever you rocket/sticky jump in TF2, and it's basically a sound cue telling you that you can market garden. He added it to the loose cannon for the Rivals moveset along with the sticky jumper.
