- Welcome back. Big sky Homes in Billings, Montana, has this Redman Home, model 2864 IS3, part of the Advantage series. This new for 2025 home has a walk thru pantry, and comes in at 1600 Sq Ft. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a large walk in main bedroom closet. This one has a tile shower, but there is an option for a separate tub and shower.

Great foyer! The living room is lacking a fireplace or designated TV area. Wonderful kitchen, and I love the cabinets and island. However, I will not buy anyplace where I see the kitchen directly across from the living room. The dining room should be what is seen from the living room, but not the kitchen!!! Sorry, but I’m so tired of these overly open floor plans!!! Speaking of the floor, that marriage line was so noticeably raised, that it looked like a real tripping hazard. Nice cabinets and island. Love the pantry! Yes you are right about the shower doors. Glad you mentioned that. I've seen things like that once in awhile but really not often.

I am digging that power brown. It is unique. I also really like the home. I am glad you filmed it. My usual gripe of small guest bedrooms are null and void when they locate them side by side. Easy fix. Have them remove the closets, then I change the 1st bedroom to half office half walkin closet for the remaining guest room. Great video. 190 in your area is a very good price.
I would definitely get this home. I love the warm toned cabinets. I just wish the grey toned flooring trend would go away. I miss warm toned flooring

Liked it until the master bath. No opening window is a problem for moisture , plus your clothes are in there. No private water closet. But LOVED the pantry and the laundry room for sure. Would like a fire place in the living area, and some drawers in kitchen ,and a sink.in the laundry . But nice home!
I agree tge shower entryway should be on opposite side away from the counter of the vanity and they should put the faucet for the shower on the opposite wall too so you can turn it before getting in.

I think that this house is rather expensive. I think it should be more like 125 to 130. It is nice enough. Thanks for sharing.
I did like the countertops on the island in the kitchen but I’m not sure if that wood or laminate. At $190.000.00 that’s a good price. I do think the door in the shower in the master should have opened from the other side, if that’s possible. Good job Nate.

You're right. It need drawer over drawers. Get rid of the wire shelving. What are the dimensions of the house? You're right again on the shower drawer. I guess it's just me. I don't like the fact that there are no medicine cabinets in the bathrooms. Cheap sheet glass mirrors doesn't cut it. There's a bunch of little stuff that makes a medicine cabinet necessary. Nice to have a window in the bath for outside light. There is no cabinet above the toilet. Ever run out of toilet paper? Another thing that bugs me is no seat in the beautiful shower. Nothing to put your foot on so you can wash between your toes. That and the lack of niches to hold soap and shampoo. I see that so often. The folks that design these bathrooms and showers must only do a wet wash and not lather up. I can live with it but given the option I don't like a closet in the bathroom. Odors and moisture from hot steam off the shower penetrating my clothes. Guys have body odors that women most times don't have. This is a nice house. Some minor alterations would make it an excellent house. I agree about the drop zone in the utility. I want a space for my deep freeze. Nice moderately size house, 28x60 maybe. I like the overall floor plan and the cabinet colors. That pantry is killer.

Kinda strange that mobile homes went from being affordable homes for those on low incomes to being in middle class territory.
This home has some design flaws I could easily redesign if they would be open to the changes, this would definitely alter the master bathroom layout and give you windows in the bathroom.

It is a nice house there is a couple of things I would do differently to it or have done differently I should say first of all I would have drawers over cabinets or just big drawers in the kitchen. Instead of those little dinky cabinets. Secondly I'm not a big fan of the second door to the pantry that's kind of odd to be perfectly honest, maybe I would have them divide that off and then put the door on that wall going into the master bedroom and use it as a separate storage closet. And you're correct about the shower door ,that shower door I don't think they put that in correctly. And then the last thing I would do is I'm not a big fan of seeing where they cover the seam up in the ceiling where the two pieces come together I would want to have that all smooth and one flowing piece and instead of having the formica countertops in the bathroom I would like to have cultured marble vanity tops
