We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Now your talking, Chance! Love the porch!!! This place has a better layout/floor plan than most. The dining room is in a perfect little nook. The kitchen can be seen off the side of the living room, but it’s not right in our face. The pantry/butler’s pantry is great! The countertops are really nice. The floor is a bit too busy with it’s dark blotchy pattern, but I’m sure it can be changed. A decent price for what you are getting~ Thanks Chance 😊

In that extra space at the back door I would include an elevated pet wash station. I know not everyone would need that but I certainly do.
Love it! Really really love this layout. I would have been happy with just that kitchen!! Lol... Gorgeous! I love the island, so many cupboards... The bathrooms were beautiful... Hubby and I liked the little shelf by the toilet lol, that was a cute feature. Nothing to hate here! I say this all the time, the only thing I would change is the flooring. I'm really not a fan of that busy lol. I liked just a simple wood grain. It's an easy fix, but otherwise this place was awesome! ❤

I just love to watch your videos. One thing I wonder is why the manufacturers want to put tiles in the showers that already look moldy and old and worn out. None the less, I do love to look at all the houses you present to us.

I love those interior doors. The master bedroom and bathroom are lovely and airy. Enough room behind the bath to clean. I love the shower and sinks. I wouldn't have those tiles behind the cooker. Gorgeous home

They should had made a fireplace on that wall between the lights in the living room. No front door closet! Nice big kitchen! Yes the main bedroom should be away from kids bedrooms! We all know why lol
Nice pantry and laundry room has potential for other things, like more shelves & feeezer.

I think your channel is the BEST when it comes to modules and mobile homes.
I love this layout. And all of the windows because I have alot of plants. And coming in the back door would be a bench to take off the boots and hang the coats

My oldest son and his family have this house in the 4 bedroom…so there are some differences…and it’s funny that my grandma’s name was Lula Mae…. I enjoy your videos alot!

That wall can be removed. I just had this exact model delivered last week. That was one of the changes I had them do when they built it, I didn’t like the look of it either.

When I saw the Thumbnail, I thought it was the Charelston by, New Vision. I'd put a freezer in the spot your saying put a sink, and then where the opening is opposite the washer and dryer I'd add some shelves and use that for the Pantry storage and then the butlers pantry would be for all the smaller appliances like blenders and air fryers, and mixers.

I went into this very same home or similar home with the kitchen on that side of the house. It was absolutely beautiful and Shelby, North Carolina. It’s nice because the living room is kinda hidden.

Oh, that is beautiful. If I bought it, it would have to be modified a little, (wheelchair user) and a different color scheme, but, wow!!
I had a friend of mine work at Clayton Homes in Texas a few years ago. He worked there for a little less than 6 weeks. He quit because he said they were homes were shite, they were unethical & were basically "robbing" people!!!!
Really beautiful home with a great layout, but was expecting a bigger closet in the master bedroom.
Love the butcher block countertops and shiplap throughout. This set up is great with the bedrooms on the same side. I love what you do. Are you hiring? lol

Nope !! Heard lots of negative things regarding Clayton Homes. Show model always looks nice to bring in the buyers but delivery & set up is horrible from what I’ve come to know

Predatory lending practices
I'm not a mobile home fan but I will say that is attractive. I will say these factories that design these homes should figure out a way to create extra storage outside that blends in with the structure they make. Something that matches and doesn't look like an afterthought. And maybe a way to have a structure such as a covered porch that doesn't look like an add on but rather looked like the original design for some extra outside living.

I have a question, since you see all these houses up front, do every house from every manufacturer from every style of every size are all farmhouse decorated? I particularly despise farmhouse so it's very hard for me to try to look at the houses for their layout without being distracted with all the farmhouse stuff. Or is that a style that you particularly like to film? I appreciate everything that you do. Thank you!

I'd like to have seen the full inside of the master bedroom closet. How deep it went in to the left, not just what was at the doorway. Love the layout but not so much the flooring throughout.

Love it's floor plan but instead of country decor would want fancy glitter high end

The layout is great but get rid of white cabinets, farm lighting and fixtures and get rid of the ship lap and I might love it. And neither bathroom has a ada accessable tub. Other than that and the shabby chic farm vibe and it's great.

looks like in the primary there's a nice size closet I'm guessing because you didn't show it ?
I like the layout of this home a lot, but I don't like glass entrance doors because of loss of privacy and security and I'd never want a window like that in the bathroom! Those would be easy fixes though.

Love the house. But no bench in main bathroom shower. Why are the doorways with the exception of main bathroom so narrow. Need to be 36 inches.
Chance, do you know if any manufacturers offer tankless hot water? I'm thinking we night have to eventually ask for two hot water tanks if they don't offer more than a 50 gal. Thabk you, sir!❤

Hello Chance!! Well right off the bat In have a DEAL BREAKER!! There's NO place to put Grandma's China Cabinet - unless I remove some windows in the Dining Room and put it there. I don't know if they would go for that big a change in the structure or not, so I will just say NO to this place.
