They cancelled item I ordered several days ago and now they're saying it may take up to 7 business days for pending status in my bank to disappear i.e. money I won't have access to because Amazon screwed up. Found it very suspicious that they delete trace of order from order list AND transaction history! When funds show up will be closing the account. Shocking Amazon policy - pleased to find this video.

check its refund replacement policy ...if ordered item has return policy , you can send it back before window period mentioned in policy ...if ordered item has only replacement policy , then you cannot do anything ...the maximum you can do is order a replacement

@Freebangagrahgrah it took roughly about two weeks, but that was on the part of my bank so i had to as one of the Amazon customers service representative to prepare an email that states that the moneywas refunded to my account. The process should normally take about five business days.
