We do care. I like seeing your pup! And i love your reviews. I really look forward to your book! Keep writing!
I love when Luna makes an appearance in the video!! 😍😍😁👏👏
I beg to differ, I care very much about Luna’s perfect face! ❤️
Love to see Luna, it’s always a highlight. ❤
Thanks for the video! Added several titles to my TBR. Luna is a love ❤ feature her ANYTIME. 📚
My April anticipated release is The Book that Broke the World by Mark Lawrence. I already have it on preorder!
The Book that Wouldn’t Burn was my favorite book from last year so I’m stoked for the sequel!
Oh i dont know its coming out in april......thanks for letting know
@@yashal3715 April 9th!
Fog and Fireflies reminds me of Lockwood & Co, in a way. I'm officially interested!
I have never heard of Fog and Fireflies, but I love the sound of it. Thanks for spotlighting it. Also, love when you show your sweet doggo!
11:38 "but if done well..."
Oh boy do I have bad news for you...
I read an ARC of "A Letter to the Luminous Deep" and it was so good! It really was similar to Emily Wilde in terms of charming vibes, and I think there's a chance it might be my favorite book this year!
Luna is so cute and we do care!!! ❤ she's part of this crew
Definitely care, more Luna 🙏
I have been waiting for sound the gong for so long 😭 I love Joan he she writes the most eccentric things and I mean that in the best way
Luna! 😘🐕😘. She is considered your co-influencer. Look forward to seeing her in your vids. Purchased your book and have it on my tbr.
Liked & Commenting specifically for Luna Bear ❤🎉
The Book that Broke the World is by far my most anticipated release in April! I absolutely loved the first book so much
YAY!! I love new April book releases!!!🌸✨❤️✨💕🌺🌺💕❤️📚🦋🌼📙🌺🌺🌷🌷🌷📖📖🌞🌞🌻🌼🌼🌞📚🦋🪻🌼📙🌼🪻🦋📚📚🌼🌼🌻🌷🌻📖🌞🌞🌼📙📙🦋🦋❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Fog & Fireflies gives me Pan's Labyrinth vibes. ❤
I am now very excited for Dragonfruit. Hadn’t heard of that one before.
Thank you for bringing attention to Fog and Fireflies it looks amazing. Love these videos
Man Luna is the cutest dog
Luna is the most goodest girl ever! Oh my goodness 😭💕✨ I preferred Ninth House to the Grishaverse, but then that bathroom ghost scene happened and kind of broke my enjoyment of the book 🫠
Fog & Fireflies sounds great! Especially that Miyazaki comparison 👀 I’m also super excited about April for the publication of A Magical Girl Retires by Park Seolyeon, which is about this woman in her thirties who has kind of given up on life when she’s suddenly awoken as a magical girl. It sounds emotional and ridiculous, so I’m super looking forward to it. ✨
100% subscribed because of Luna 😍
I got an ARC of The Familiar and loved it.
Luna is so cute. I love her🩷🩷
I tagged two of these for Libby to notify me when they're available. Thank you!! ❤️
I read an arc of fog and fireflies and it’s SO GOOD!!!! love seeing it hyped
ABSOLUTELY care about seeing Luna Bear!
I was lucky enough to get an arc of To Gaze Upon Wicked Gods and it is very dark and is a very interesting take on colonization. The magic system is complex but reminded me of AtLA a little. It was 5 stars for me, but there could be some trigger warnings for people because if the themes.
Please more Luna! She is adorable ❤
Thanks for the video Elliot! 🌷📖🌻📖🌷🪻🪻🌷🪻💕💕❤️✨🪻🌺📚🌞🌼🦋🌼🌞📚📚🌞📙🌻📖🪻🌺📚📚📚📚📚🌞🌼🌼🦋🌻💕❤️✨✨🌺📚📚🌞📙🦋🦋🌼📙🌞🌞🌼🌻🌻📖🌷🪻🌺🌺📚📚📚✨❤️💕💕❤️🌸🌸🌸📚📚🌞🌞🌼🌼❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We love Luna ❤
I absolutly care for Luna! she is so sweet!
I love your dog! I love your videos too! I just read Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom and loved them! Did you read King of Scars and Rule of Wolves? I’m finishing up the second one and loving those too!
For some reason, the synopsis for the new Leigh Bardugo book is giving me Anne Rice vibes.
It's giving me Renee Ahdiea The Beautiful vibes.
Thank you for making these videos, I always add so many books to my TBR! 🎉 and we love Luna ❤
I hadn't heard of Empire of Shadows, but I'm excited for it now! It also sounds a bit like The Mummy, which is actually my ideal of a fantasy romance and very few things live up to it for me 😂
My ears pricked up when you mentioned Miyazaki as well! Guess I need to check out your other channel. I can't find a link to it anywhere, can you share that info please? Thanks. Lots of good stuff upcoming.
I am now super excited for Empire of Shadows. I hadn't heard of this book and it sounds so fun. I have an arc of The Familiar and I'm planning on reading it this month. I just finished a dark fantasy and need to read something light-hearted first before going back into something else that is probably dark. Fog and Fireflies sounds so unique! Got me with the Miyazaki comparison. I've been trying to get books off my tbr, but here I am adding more to it. 😂
Empire of Shadows looks to be right up my alley. And I love Luna's cameos.
think you forgot one: Song of the Six Realms from Judy I Lin who did Magic Steeped in Poison
Luna wanted more attention!😂
The Hemlock queen I am so excited for this book and the cover is amazing gorgeous 🌞📚📚🌻🌞🌺🌞🌻🌼✨📙📙🌷🌷💕🪻🦋❤️🌺🌞🌻📚📚📚🌻🌞🌞📚🌼🌸✨✨📙🌷📙💕🪻🪻📖🦋❤️❤️🌺🌺🌻📚📚📚🌻📚🌼🌼📚🌻🌞🌺📙🌷🌷💕💕🌞🌻📚📚📚🌻🌻🌻❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
more Luna please! For the love of God!
All of these books sounds really good.
I love watching your Videos - you are such a joy to watch. I love seeing pictures of your Dogs - they are so pretty.
I hope that you are enjoying the Books that you and your husband is reading
Take Care & Happy Reading
❤️🤗🔰📖📕📚❤️
Great Video!
Just preordered Fog and Fireflies ☺️
The pup! We love the pup!
Another couple sequels coming out in April--The Book that Broke the World by Mark Lawrence, and Relics of Ruin by Erin M. Evans, the sequel to Empire of Exiles (at least it's projected for the 30th; it did get pushed back at one point).
Lots of these sound so interesting!! I'll have to keep them on my radar. ^-^
I'm most excited for the Fog and Fireflies because of the mention of Miyazaki! I also love all of his work and it sounds like it may also be appropriate to read with my tween!
Luna is always appreciated!
I'm amazed A Promise of Peridot by Kate Golden isn't on this list - I feel like I've seen that book waaaaaay more than The Familiar by Leigh Bardugo 🙈
Most excited for Fog & Fireflies. Hadn't even heard of it so thank you for bringing it to my noie! The world in it is giving me very faint One Dark Window vibes.
❤📚📚❤️ Still waiting for the release of Poison in Their Hearts by Laura Sebastian.

Luna intermissions are always welcome❤
Excuse me, why are you talking in the video of baby Luna? Love your videos, but I also love seeing Luna
A bunch of these were already on my list ❤ I feel like this is gonna be a great year for readers.
The Familiar it is. Maybe it's the one that will get me started with Leigh Bardugo. Thank you.
Dragonfruit sounds awesome 😃
"I know that you guys don't care" blasphemy! We love Luna
Hadn’t heard about that Fog & Fireflies book, but it sounds awesome. Also has a great cover.
So excited for the familiar!
This is a good list! I am also looking forward to "Dragonfruit". Some other April books I'm looking forward to are the adult fantasy romance "The Last Phi Hunter" by Salinee Goldenberg, and also the YA fantasy romances "Otherworldly" by F.T. Lukens, "Darker by Four" by June CL Tan, "Draw Down the Moon" by P. C. Cast & Kristin Cast, and "Song of the Six Realms" by Judy I. Lin. (It's a good month to be a fantasy romance fan 😆)
Are there any kind of new Cozy Fantasy releases coming out yet?
We love it all :)
I believe To Gaze Upon Wicked Gods will be in April’s Illumicrate! More Luna please…
Fog & Fireflies sounds really good. Got me unexpectedly hyped, tbh. :)
We totally care about Luna! Honestly she is not featured enough!
I’ve enjoyed the Alex Stern trilogy thus far. I’m really looking forward to The Familiar. As a fantasy and historical fiction fan, I’m excited to see what Bardugo does.
Grabbed fog and fireflies from netgalley based on this!
Very curious to hear your thoughts on Gaze Upon Wicked Gods as it is being butchered by reviews (especially those from more thoughtful and critical reviewed). So I would love to hear your analysis!
“I know you guys don’t care…” m’am, we do care!! Show us all the dogs please!
I really like dragon fruit cover.....
I have Jacquelyn Benson's The Smoke Hunter on my tbr which sounds similar to her new series. (Indiana Jones meets Lara Croft) and it has a 3.95 rating on Storygraph if you don't want to wait until April. I think it was her debut novel. And I love Luna!
I’m fairly convinced the cover for Fog and Fireflies is AI generated. I’m welcoming of any reassurance that it isn’t by the way, but if it is, it would be the funniest thing in the world for the people behind this final product to claim Miyazaki as inspiration.
We're only here for Luna
yay puppy/
i live in poland.
i have to wait ATLEAST A YEAR FOR ANY ONF THEM if they even get transleted :/
I'm currently reading an arc of Dragonfruit, I like the concept but the writing is a bit clunky.
Ccommeenntt for the algorithm. X
Thank you for sharing some great and amazing books 📚 for me to read and can you please give Luna a hug for me please prayers and blessings to you and your husband and your families love your Aussie family friend and supporter need to have a husband and puppy 🐶 video please ❤❤❤
Add, Someone You Can Build A Nest In by John Wisewell to your April releases, it's a horrific cozy sapphic fantasy romance from the pov of the monster and it is so original and entertaining.
If there's an audience of archeological Uncharted type fantasy I'm it, Empire of shadows is listed
But which Miyazaki, tho? The cover and the premise of Fog and Fireflies reminds me more of Dark Souls (and other FromSoft games) rather than Studio Ghibli, tbh 🤔
It’s Studio Ghibli Miyazaki. I can definitely see what you mean, but I think the comparison is about the actual world building, not the tone or themes
I gotta stop watching your videos! My TBR is way too long already 😅
It's too early to be doing this kind of video XD
She explained in an earlier monthly releases video that she wants to do these earlier so that people have time to request books at their libraries/get in the holds list early.
