Yes, but it sends a powerful message to other debtors not to default. Imagine if the banks could shoot you for not paying your credit card bill. Some people would still default, but in aggregate there would be less non-payment and fewer charge-offs.

That’s not always the nail in the coffin because police often coerce the witness into fingering the suspect that they think did the deed or atleast have enough circumstantial evidence to charge the person and if the victim went through a lot of trauma a good lawyer can argue that Gumby could’ve did it and they wouldn’t remember because the mind is tricky like that

Man I loathe these drug dealers so much. My mother had a really bad crack cocaine addiction and these characters were all around us growing up; harassing, threatening, and disrespecting us. My mom often copped on credit and would get her car stolen when the dealers got impatient about the debt. Rough environment indeed. Glad the girlfriend and the pup survived. RIP to the dude that was murdered senselessly.
Legalize the drugs take the market from these types of people and give it to Pfizer and friends.

@@DC-bp8sx appreciate you’re showing compassion. I survived it and broke the cycle. Been very successful in my life, thank God. My mother has been clean for about 13 years now. I thought my upbringing was rough until I learned about my mom’s background. Drugs numbed her enough to weather it, oddly enough. Anywho, because I bore witness to that world, I refrain from dehumanizing people with addictions. Seems like you have a healthy perspective as well. My heart truly goes out to the victims in this tragedy.

The interview with the young lady who was shot was so sad, she was clearly shaken by it, she was so worried about Pork Chop. This guy so relaxed, do they realise the fear they cause. That young lady has lost everything. Saddens me.

Yeah, he really caused her pain, but the only reason she "lost everything" is because Carl was enabling her parasitic junkie lifestyle and she was using him. She should try to better herself, but watchig her interview, it is 100% that she is just going to look for a new schmuck to latch onto and use what happened to her as another excuse to mooch off of someone.
The common theme with all of these cases is they are so into themselves that they believe they are the victim even when they take someone else’s life and makes it even more sickening to me
Yeah man, you do roll the dice when you take drugs on credit...which is always a bad idea. Taking the drugs in the first place isn't a good idea but we're human.
Owing drug money doesn't mean you deserve to get shot.

Black dudes are too emotional and make bad decisions on a whim and feel disrespected over petty shit. Than they will get into situations where they will show off and lose all their money in the casino or at a dice game cause their so emotional and will be like I’m not losing no $100 I’m gone get my money back let’s bet it up and than they keep losing and try to play more to get their money back. I’m from Chicago and grew up with only black friends I got into so many bad situations over my friends emotions and their feelings being hurt. I remember I sold these dudes heron like 4 times in two weeks and one day they called me asking if I can get them some trees and they were my friends but we weren’t close friends at that point they started hangin with other ppl I started hanging with other ppl but when I hung out with them and we would want to rob someone we would tell them to meet us at the baseball fields the next block up cause theirs alot or space to beat ppl and hold them at gun point where ppl can’t see from the street and I told them I picked up them 2 grams for them and they said just meet me at the ball fields cause my moms home and I knew the moms was a crackhead and would smoke weed wirh them so I knew what it was but I already had grabbed the trees from another dude and wanted to just sell it so I was like f it I’ll take that risk but I’m not goin to the ball fields so I just pulled up to the house instead and they got all loud saying I told everyone that I was selling heron to them but when I would drop off that stuf to them I would be with one of my friends and he was the one online talking shit about them so I got my ass jumped cause they thought it was me telling everyone they were doing heroin but it’s cause they were too prideful and couldn’t even get an explanation and got too hot headed and wouldn’t calm down. That’s how they all are I’ve been in situations with friends like that too many times
He's the kind of guy who would normally be very aggressive if his woman, mother, a teacher, supervisor, anybody really ever held him accountable for anything. But in this situation he can't intimidate or lie and smooth talk his way out of this and I bet the people closest to him are glad to be rid of him.

What killed me about criminals is that when confronted by the police they often will put their self in crime that they think is less serious than the one that they are being confronted with. Even snitching on others.

It mattered NOT AT ALL. Cameras showed one person going in and one person going out. The other proof of it being his gun...people give WAY TOO MUCH weight to interrogations. The proof is 90 percent of what jurors look at.

While I can understand why he’d shoot the guy, even though I obviously don’t agree with it, what was the reason for shooting the woman? She was the bedroom so she didn’t see what happened and probably wouldn’t be able to ID the suspect. So unless he’s just a psycho, there was no reason to go after her.
Other ways of saying "we know it's you, but we need you to confess because we can't prove it in court."
1. "You need to get ahead of this"
2. "This is your chance to tell your side of the story before we tell what we think happened"
3. "We don't think you're a cold blooded killer, but that's what we have to tell the prosecutor right now"
4. "This is your last chance before you see a jury to give your side of the story"
5. "We know you didn't mean to do it, but you were forced to...maybe to protect yourself"
6. "If this was self defense, we need to know, but the only way for us to know that is for you to tell us"
