sir, the CCS (pension) rules is very silent about recovery of interest on CVP. no one has come forward so far to explain about the silent recovery of interest on CVP. or no separate book on it is available. I understand Commutation is a loss to government servants and a huge gain to government thro interest. why the ccs pension rules is silent about interest bearing Commutation. GOI can devote some pages in rules with illustrations about percentage of interest, whether beneficial or not to govt servant. this would help all either to apply for Commutation or to refrain from it. please give in link any pdf book on Commutation Vs Interest for awareness. thank you sir. what now you have shared on Commutation restriction for 12 years is absolutely correct. only God has to help in this.💯👌👍🤲🤝🙏🏻🙏🏻
As long as BJP and BJP IT Wing controls election Commission we cannot do anything about reasonable rights of Central government pension citizens and senior citizens rights in railway department and other senior citizens. Please take oaths of all India senior citizens and central government pensioners not to vote for BJP. Thanks

Ayya Modi government will not give anything to central government employees . Sir any possibility of solving this problem through supreme Court? Even modi may influence the Court also l can say if God willing only this problem will be solved by any means why because such rulers are ruling the country
commutation of pension is not compulsory, only retiring/retired employees serlk on their own wish, that too through an application to seek a portion of pension commuted from the basic pension.
