    So basically they are both effective it’s whatever one prefers to do right?
    Hip thrusts are great because I can add much heavier weights. however, my neck hurts even with my chin down. Also, I don’t feel it in my glutes as much as I do when doing glute bridges even though I’m able to add heavier weights
    Glute bridges for me are much more comfortable to do and I can really feel the burn in my glutes I’m just struggling to add more weights but I have better form. I guess I’ll just have to do more reps

      Same!!!! I can actually feel just there instead of my back and neck. I feel safer

    • @joanasanchez6764

      That’s odd. Extend your feet a little more just a little more ahead of your knees. And make sure you push with your butt. Not your back not your feet. Your butt! Gotta focus on the mind to muscle connection. Make sure your shoulders aren’t on the bench too much. Place your feet differently if that doesn’t work and on the 2 or 3rd squeeze your butt at the top. After that you should be feeling the burn in ur butt. Trust me I used to never be able to feel it in my butt, but. My feet were just too inward so I was feeling it on my quads. My neck? I was adding too much weight. When I lowered it, it basically went away. Make sure your neck isn’t what’s resting on the bench. It’s annoying I know. Just mess with the form until you find it.

      Perhaps you need to pause a little and squeeze the butt for a split second before doing another rep.

      In order to grow a booty you have to do a series of glute focused exercises. Neither is more effective than the other, which I why I clicked on it. They offer different benefits.

      I did that on purpose. You see, "effective" is a matter of focus, commitment, experience, nutrition, etc. People want to know "the one exercise..." but it's never a "one" anything. There's no magic or cheats you can use to bypass the process. My goal is to share world class training with you guys and not sell you magic. I'd recommend checking out my app fitgurlmelapp.com and seeing for yourself. If it
      "doesn't work" work for you, it's just $1 for the first month anyways.

    Wait a second, I thought it was going to say which is more effective??? Does one have some benefits/training issues that differs than the other?

    • @Fitgurlmel
      @Fitgurlmel  3 года назад +3

      That's my point, it depends on the person, the training style, time under tension. You won't find "The One", one exercise, pill, powder, or program that will magically make you what you want. The training advice I share here will yield positive results regardless of what you do, but ultimately you need a compound solution from someone who has experience. Then you need to learn for yourself and practice. Try my app fitgurlmelapp.com and see for yourself.

      @@Fitgurlmel No one is asking for the one exercise, they are asking how they differ. How they affect the muscles differently. Your response is idiotic. It's an absurdly obvious question.
      Hey, how do bench press and shoulder press differ? You: there is no one exercise, everyone is different.
      Idiotic.

      same answer I gave above: Training, nutrition, rest, and taking into consideration your age, weight, height, time and resources when devising a strategy to achieve your goal. My goal is to show you guys world class training, nutrition, and technique. So "more effective" is a factor of many variables, not one. You won't find an exercise that's going to unlock everything you want. Trust me. Check out my app fitgurlmelapp.com and take the guesswork out!

      Both! lol. Squats, deadlifts, thrusts...there is a lot of hyope around booty stuff now and bullshit info. My goal was to show you elite level technique. But you won't build an IG worthy botty just because you're doing hip thrusts every day, it just doesn't work that way and some people are genetically predisposed to have a big ass or no ass. I'd say get your training and nutrition in check and make those gains, booty and otherwise using my app fitgurlmelapp.com
