I usually use cornflour starch and salt and pepper as a dry coating on my tofu, it gets nice and crispy. I think I will give this salad a go.. Seems simple enough and I'm sure its tasty.

Simple and delicious, I’ll definitely make this salad again!
I meal prepped some crispy tofu for the week so that’ll make them quicker to throw together during the week!

Could i air fry the tofu, and also for the batter could i use egg dor the wet ingredients? 🫶🏼

You can use the air fryer but need to spray the tofu with oil generously. I wouldn't recommend egg for this recipe.
