Je vis actuellement à Paris et si l'on compare l'appartement où je vis et le tiens, pour le même prix à peu près la qualité de vie a l'air bien meilleure à Séoul (appartement neuf, au calme, en hauteur...) donc je comprends pourquoi tu dis qu'au final ça vaut le coup d"investir" dans un officetel. C'est peut-être une question bête mais envoies-tu le deposit et le loyer à partir d'un compte bancaire coréen ou le fais-tu à partir d'un compte français/étranger ? Merci beaucoup ! J'ai hâte de regarder toutes tes autres vidéos 😊

Hey ^^ true, I didn’t add subtitles, my bad ㅠㅠ I paid 850 000 ₩ monthly the first year (now about 900 000₩) + approx 130 000 for maintenance fees + bills and the deposit was 10 million
Ohh okay....thanks so much for ur reply Sorry to say this...but this isn't with gks money right maybe u have kinda a side hustle because gks give 1million won which I think it's isn't dat much
@@Janebassey35 Yes I use some side money I chose to live in a bit higher standards but living with GKS money is definitely possible ! Should just not expect the best comfort I recommend to spare as much money as possible during the language year, you can definitely spare money for a caution if you’re very reasonable ^^
@@Janebassey35 I will not give the name of my building for security reasons, and there isn’t a single 부동산 for it ^^ If your area of interest is near mine then you will find my appartment after visiting 2~3 부동산 or even maybe better ! The real estate business is moving so fast here that they already built new building and I even doubt that there are still free rooms in this one, and the price surely went up There’s no magic , go to the area you want to live , go to few 부동산 around and compare their offers; you will find for sure ! I made a separate video in English about how to find an appartment here , it details everything ^^
