Wildlife Seen at the Squirrel Cafe on 9-30-24 - Security Cam Highlights

I decided to experiment with a wifi security camera to get a better idea of all the wildlife that visits the garden while we aren't looking. The animals at night are not surprising, but their antics is entertaining to watch sometimes. We even caught a possum taking a persimmon out of the tree the other night, and a raccoon tries the same thing in this video.
The squirrels in the morning were also interesting to see. There are days when my timing is just completely off - when I go outside, no squirrels are around. Yet, when I check the new security camera, I see that sometimes I missed them by only a few minutes!
I tried annotating the video a little, but it was taking way too many hours to put it together, so I left it as it was after the first couple hours of daylight. This video started out as 100+ clips ranging from 30 seconds to a little over a minute, and I spent several hours loading the clips into a video editor and then reviewing them all. Clearly too time consuming for posting vids on RUclips, but it was a fun project! Enjoy!

That was pure gold with the night critters, we don't have raccoons, possums or skunks in the uk so really enjoyed watching them. The dove mafia 😂😂😂
