Maryetta the Fox Squirrel Visits the Cafe (10-8-24)

Maryetta is a still a regular visitor to the squirrel cafe. She's a lanky teen, still exploring and learning about her world here in the middle of a big city. Lately, I've noticed that she often tilts her head a bit when she looks up at us, I think to look with one eye. I'm beginning to wonder if she may have poor eyesight in one eye. She's doing fine otherwise though. She's much calmer about taking nuts from us and has been learning the ropes about where to find food in the area.
