So glad i clicked on this video. Thank you so much for being open and sharing with us your journey. It really does add value when more people have these conversations. I relate to so much of your journey and its funny how 'similar' our lives are because I'm kind of in the same space in terms of the changes i had to undergo from being mentally ill and recovery from addiction as well. This was so fulfilling to watch and its encouraged me to continue doing the things that boost my life healthwise both mental and physical.
