Cool tutorial bro and without any speak on it, it's pretty good for that sort of style. Will peep other tutorials you have. I already know how to perform this Voxel animation using Mixamo. Just wanted to see what others are doing with it and all.
You gotta play around with the positioning of them markers. Mixamo is kind of touchy feely with it all. I had issues with my robot voxel character I created. I haven't tossed up a Mixamo how-to for Voxels yet, but will do so soon. Good luck on getting it working. Took me like 7 to 8 tries and some reconfigs of my actual voxel designs. Try parting the gaps between the joints. That should help as well.
Try making a larger torso. You may have to create several builds of your Voxel character to get Mixamo to detect the best marker positioning. Voxels are very tiny and maybe Mixamo's algo has issues detecting the exact orients and in 3D space. Who knows why it doesn't work for every voxel size specification, but yeah good luck if you haven't yet figured out the best sizing to marker placement.
A lot to watch just to tell me to make it a .zip, but would have never guessed! Thanks!

Why my character can’t be uploaded? I put the markers
