I wanted to make a dress with my fabric from London: you can watch it here ( • EuroTrip Fabric and Se... ) I decided on making a ruffle dress but didn't decide on the off the shoulder part until the end of it. 1. Fabric
2. Elastic
3. Thread
4. Sewing machine ( I don't recommend doing this project without one)
5. Scissors
6. Pins and needles
