I think the Sony Android skin is one of the better ones. I'm not a software genius (i just use them and talk about what i see) so i don't really think that much about speed or sluggishness (never really noticing the differences) but between my S3, HTC One and Z1 the Z1 had the best software for looks and functionality.
Great video review. What you mentioned towards the end about the large bezel and angular corners are major drawbacks. I appreciate you pointing this out.

I have purchased this phone switched from an iphone 5s and not going back. It has everything apple restricts and much better display doesn't feel that large after a couple days.
It might be a good phone, but it has to be a pain having to carry that thing around.. I have trouble putting my s4 in my pocket, depending on what pants im wearing that day and its only a 5 inch screen. So I cant imagine trying carry that thing in my hand all day.. Dont get me wrong, I love big screen for the accessibility, but they can be a hastle sometimes

they should have made the phone thicker so it could hold a real battery. a phone this size needs to have a minimum of a 4500-5000mah battery.

I have a nexus 5 and it is a great phone but the screen on the z ultra along with kitkat makes this my next phone for sure!
