Great video! I love these POV style videos so different and you get good insights to peoples process. I started out of the T5i and I still use it today for even paid work so does go to show doesn’t matter on the gear but how you use it! 😄 keep up the videos man love your style!
Great video! I totally agree with you, the glass is so important. I mean depending on what you need/want to do of course the body plays a big roll but I feel like so many people (me) become obsessed with the body and overlook the importance of great glass.
Subbed and followed on Instagram. Loved this video, I have been thinking of buying a Canon RP as I have been borrowing my sisters 600d (I think it’s the same as T3i but different name in UK/Europe).
Loved the video. Inspiring me to stop delaying and get into photography! I have the T3i and have been meaning to learn how to use it and take city pics around NYC as a hobby for my mental health. Any advice on a great lens for a newbie on a tight budget? I already have the kit lens and the 50mm lens i think.
Thanks so much for checking the video out! Really happy I could help inspire you to start your photography journey 🎯📸 One reason I love the T3i is because the older DSLRs produce and image that is very nostalgic and you can create some really interesting photos with it. Upgrading your lenses along the way will reinvigorate the camera everytime! Good choice on the 50mm. I used the 16-35 f4 and really did like it. If you can snag a used 2.8 version, you'll be in good shape. Otherwise consider other brands like sigma and Tamron that make lenses for the EF mount. Wish you the best! 👍👍
I could see that the t3i misses focus even when you have a fast shutter speed. The last photo of the lady you clicked seemed to be a bit out of focus. Am I right or is it just me who felt it that way?
Hey Zoom! In my experience I would say that the more premium the glass the better it resolved the photo on this camera. We had a couple kit lenses for this camera and the photos were really nothing to write home about.. but when we put the f2.8 on it was like the camera woke up. So I would say that it allows you to unlock the cameras true potential.
With the newest camera phones you can take great pic 8000 no way plus those are heavy but if you have the money and on my 21 ultra and use the pro settings
Hello! I typically shoot in manual mode. If you want to start off slow, you can definitely place the camera in automatic mode. That way, the camera adjusts the big three settings (aperture, shutter speed, and ISO) based on the amount of light in the scene you want to photograph.👍
the newer cameras are only advancing in features that a pro may need such as action or wildlife. The every day photographer enthusiast can do well with a entry level camera. The glass is the key part. imagine walking around wearing dirty eye glasses. that will get annoying real fast. the cleaner the eyeglasses the better the vision looks. this is the same concept for photography. the better the lens the better the photos.

Quick tip for the t3i, you can have a live view on the screen while in manual mode. Just hit the record button and you’re good to go!
Thanks for that tip!! I've actually been wanting to take it again. I'll gove that a try. Cheers!

you can have same shots in better weather (sunny preferably) with the canon 90-300mm EF lens

Does that huge lens (most expensive part) affect the quality that this camera gives ya?

I have been really impressed with how far mobile phone cameras have come. The internal picture processing is quite impressive! Cheers
Noob here. What does premium glass mean? Basically a quality lens?
Hello Jason! I’m a bit of a noob myself so no worries :P And yes that’s exactly what I was referring to. Cheers!
Hey i was going to take some photos this weekend I was wondering what settings do you use for this camera?
