There’s definitely a “Gastro-cardiac” connection…but is it “chicken or egg”? When the heart’s affected it can be terrifying. Especially if you’re alone. Mind / adrenal / nervous system kick- in…heart misbehaves ever more and panic rises…and the next thing you’re in a meltdown state…calling an ambulance. Not good!

I just subscribed. Recently diagnosed by an endoscopy for Type 3 H.Hernia. Would you ever rec getting a barium swallow Xray to see a full outline of situation or is the endoscopy sufficient for understanding size and location of things?
