Wow, spectacular video footage and commentary! Watching your two previous HR documentaries both informed and inspired me to sign up for the HR Alpes 2023 bucket list stage race (big thanks for your discount code too). Our pre-ride the day before the official start in Megève emphasized just how long and steep these monster mountains would be, not to mention the screaming descents back to the valley floor! You were at the tip of the spear my friend, full gas. Seeing these roads on RUclips now is so unreal - oh yeah, makes me shiver seeing Col du Télégraphe and that summit of Col du Galibier (don't forget the extra 35K ride to Briançon hotels) - in one word: "destroyed"!

Tour Transalp 2024 heeft 788 km en 16.600 hm, dus als je niks te doen hebt in juni kan je het bijna net zo zwaar maken voor jezelf 😆😉 Ik kijk uit naar de je docu ! Heb je nog tips ?
Dan is dit toch zwaarder? 2000 hoogtemeters meer en bijna net zo lang 🤪 en in wedstrijd verband

I think it’s very high, not far from 400 watts
@@francoisduhem2585 That translates approx to 5-5.5 w/kg. Pretty high for an amateur I think.
400 roughly. 80-82kg so 4.9-5w/kg
