Hello Ray Spore, the goal of this production line is to have a batch one functionality (means that every panel is different than the other) Beam saws are very competitive (in therms of production time) when you have high volume of the same parts which can be cut in stacks on the beamsaw. if you cut only 1 panel it's slower since there are several cuts to perform (including trimcuts) and manual handling for the panel rotation. At this point the operator will have to feed the automatic edgebanding loop. With the batch one solution as shown in the video you have one single panel coming out of the flexible sizing machine which will go straight to the edgebanding loop at the right time and with the right sequence, and mainly without handling. If you need additional information please feel free to fill up the form here: Hello Akhilesh Kumar, thanks for your comment. please go to this page and fill up the form. www.biesse.com/ww/wood/contacts you'll be contacted by our sales representative who can show you more examples of an efficient batch one line. I don't understand why they didn't use a beam saw for the first operation,
