Установка штапика металлическим молотком - это сильно 😅Ну хоть потом опомнился, поменял.
Не, он не опомнился, это другой был, а тот на фоне все так же стучал железным молотком!
ручки к непаяному профилю зачем прикрутили? как изделия меж собой потом складывать и транспортировать. ручки крепятся в конце установки. и самое главный вопрос. нахрена штапик замазывать белым герметиком, даже если для того чтоб было все белое, то все отвалиться. есть штапик и с белым уплотнителем и с черным. они бы еще саму раму белой краской покрасили.
Резина дольше простоит скрытой от ультрофиолета.
А как установить такое окно не снимая штапиков и не вынимая стеклопакет? Ведь ели вынуть, то и герметику хана!@@SAM-SAM-SAM-

Here in Europe-Slovenia, we only install 3-layer windows with Argon gas in between. Double-glazed windows are intended for sheds and auxiliary buildings.

Я не понял почему они не используют просто мягкий резиновый уплотнитель в штапиках, а используют силикон.
Опередил)) Тоже не понял что за извращенцы.
Silicone seals better than rubber seals and lasts longer.

I was going to say the same thing. They probably don't have to work back in the shop so it doesn't affect them.
I'm working in one of these and that glass washing machine is heating the whole room pretty good (as long as it works, that is). Not sure why these guys are so wrapped up :)

The windows on my street were installed incorrectly. Burglars discovered that the frame was the wrong way around and could easily be taken apart by removing the strips as those strips were on the outside of the building!
They managed to burgle 9 houses until police caught them. It was an inside job by the installation crew - done so that they could return to burgle at any time.
Check your windows folks!

I used to work for a fenestration manufacturer a number of years ago - how people are still using metallic spacers to meet title 24 requirements is beyond me…

프레임에 속에 파이프를 삽입하고 철물 하드웨어 부착하는 것은 사람이 하네
유리 절단하는 것과 절단된 유리를 옮기는 것은 기계의 힘으로 사람이 하고
유리 두 장을 접합을 해서 복층 유리로 만드는 것은 기계가 하네
사람이 하는 일은 아주 단순한 작업만 하는 것이고 중요한 공정은 다 자동화 된 기계가 만드는 것 이였구나~

코너키 뒷면에 붓틸을 감싸는 것이 기본 중에 기본 인데...
정상적인 ks심사라면 무조건 부적합
그리고 주제 넘게 충고 하자면 대형유리에 받치는 셋팅블록이 너무 작네요.

Probably an okay shop for a smaller local manufacturer, kind of a mixture of low tech to mid tech, nothing particularly noteworthy about the tech or equipment used in the process, however there are a few items concerning performance and longevity that should be addressed based on the video.
First the metal spacer used to separate the two glass lites appears to be connected at the corners with plastic insert tabs, if so that's a potential seal failure waiting to happen, probably sooner than later.
Also while the glass appears to be LowE coated based on color and clarity as it comes out of the washer to the assembly station, there is no edge deletion of the coating which could result in corrosion as moisture attacks the coating at the edge. If the glass is not coated then there is no problem there.
The length of steel added to the long edge of the frame is great for rigidity and strength, but a potentially significant short circuit for energy performance. I would anticipate some serious condensation issues along that edge if the window is installed in a cold climate.
Finally, it looks to be cold in there, and if true, IG units when sealed in a very cold environment could have problems when they are installed somewhere where it's a lot warmer.

There appears to be no heat treating of the glass after cutting prior to assembly, so it appears the glass used is standard float glass, this is a safety concern if a pane gets broken, big shards of glass will come down cutting anyone close to the window

No, they are not. The metal serves only as a reinforcement of the plastic profile.
it was under the impression that pvc frames were good thermal breaks but adding a metal piece inside kind of defeats the purpose?
Good question. The metal insert practically does not affect the insulation of plastic windows. There are no thermal bridges because the steel is placed between the chambers of the PVC profile. Unfortunately, the steel profile significantly increases the weight of the window, so some factories use inserts made of glass fiber and sealing foam, but this is a more expensive solution.
@@83hjf Yes it does and you'd see condensation on the frames on really cold days due to it. The frames in this video aren't very good. Modern frames have 7 or more internal chambers, so there are multiple chambers either side of the reinforcing. They also do carbon fiber reinforcing.
@@noire1001 I also noted the miters in the frame are only heat welded together, this surely has to be a weak point, and the glass appears to be standard float, there was no tempering of it prior to assembly, that's a big safety concern
