    Willie Loman sales tactics. If you ever have a question of customer service, you will speak to someone with a thick accent in an iron lung with others screaming in the background. Then they will “accidentally” disconnect you after waiting forever on hold. This is by the way the “PRIORITY SERVICE” for new customers. Also, this RUclips account is HILARIOUS.

    • @BeastFueled
      @BeastFueled Год назад +11

      Most of people don’t know Willy Loman anymore lol. And who are you referring to with your overview of customer service? A particular company within this video or are you just rambling about the industry as a whole because that would hardly be helpful. People come to this video to know what each company has to offer and if you could specifically add to that knowledge it would be nice.

    Vivint is only bad if you have bad wifi. My system after it’s installed sucked, but then I called my internet provider and upgraded to their highest speed and now it works perfectly. I’ve had ADT and Ring before and Vivint has the best equipment, Utility, and app. Customer service isn’t the greatest though. But as long as you have great wifi you won’t need much customer support as resetting the panel basically fixes most issues you might have.

      I have the Ring Pro Hub with backup WiFi over cellular since it was first released. Ring as been VERY reliable for me with only ONE false alarm in four years. Ring's motion sensors when mounted 7' high are VERY good for pets 30Lb or less (in my usage). Unlimited cameras WITH cloud storage, 24/7 monitoring for $200 a year (Paid upfront). Ring as FULL integration with Alexa, had smoke/CO2, water leak sensors, window/door, and lights, plugs and switches that work GREAT with Alexa routines. ALL my window/door and motion sensors are gen 1 and are still showing FULL after four years! Fast response time on par/better than ADT. I could not be more happy. Only have 300Mb internet service BUT, did have to buy a Ring Chime Pro for my Ring 3+ doorbell cam to function properly with NO missed events as I have a brick house and bought a solar panel for my doorbell cam and NEVER have to worry about recharging either. YES, it's only 1080P quality but have had MANY conversations with solicitors while at work with NO issues.

      Ring Alarm Pro has backup WiFi over cellular for ALL the devices of your choosing, and can purchase up to 4 battery backup packs for further connection times in a blackout or internet outage and you still have power. As of today, NO other system offers these options. I have ONE additional battery pack with a UPS for a couple of cameras and get about 12-16hrs of internet backup with NO power plus the hub itself will last 24hrs on it's own to just keep the alarm components going and still function.

  • @johnszatkowski6898

    LOL! This HAS to a Vivant "sponsored" video because NOT only are they WAY overpriced they offer NOTHING more that other systems offer at a FRACTION of the price with 24/7 monitoring. Vivant also has "tech" only install options vs. DIY systems with NO contracts or the expense! In the LONG-RUN Vivant has NOTHING to offer over other systems at a MUCH lesser price point with 24/7 monitoring. If you do you're research online Vivant is a WASTE overall. There are MUCH better options that provide the SAME amount of protection for WAY less monthly prices. The "sales" guys will SUCK you into their MAXIMUM plans and "contracts" which grant you NOTHING in the long run.

      @@TheDamHamburger Ring Alarm Pro with backup WiFi FULL 24/7 monitoring $200 a year. Full DIY and reliable and response times on par or better than ADT. Recently had a 40+hr internet outage but thanks to my Ring Pro hub my devices stayed connected and was still able to watch my RUclips TV on my Fire Cube 3rd gen all via. the cellular backup. I have window/door, motion, smoke with CO2, and water sensors. Also, a Smart deadbolt with 5 cameras all through the Ring app. I test my system every other month. The backup cellular WiFi the Pro hub has really paid for itself as my ISP goes down regularly and was the WHOLE reason for getting the Pro hub. NO other system offers backup WiFi over cellular for ALL devices of your choosing through the eero app.
      Previously had ADT but started charging $55 a MONTH ($660 a year) with NO cameras and an outdated system so, I dumped them like a BAD habit when my CONTRACT expired! Ring as many others has NO contracts and when registered I get a discount with my AAA Home insurance policy. It's really a no-brainer!

      @johnszatkowski6898 4 месяца назад

      @@TheDamHamburger I looked very hard into SimplySafe and others but ended up going with Ring for almost 5yrs now. A few years back I upgraded my hub to the Ring Pro hub and has features NO other alarm has like it's backup WiFi over cellular for ANY devices on your network and NOT just Ring products which has saved my ass several times already has I've long internet outages for days but, all the devices of my choosing stayed connected and functioned over the backup cellular. Ring has been rock-solid for me with only ONE false alarm while I was at work where Ring called me quickly and was able to view my cameras while on call to determine it was a false alarm. So I have SEVEN Ring cameras, 4 door sensors, 2 motion sensors, A Ring Chime Pro extender for my doorbell cam, 2 water leak/freeze sensors, 1 Ring outdoor siren (No longer sold), and a few keypads, and 2 CO2/smoke alarms. Relatively inexpensive compared to most with 24/7 Full monitoring for $200 a year (When paid upfront) OR $20 a month WITH free cloud storage for cameras. NO contracts, and offers a discount on my Home insurance policy. Alarm response times are anywhere from 15-25 seconds which is on-par with ADT which I had previous but were too expensive at $55+ a month with NO cameras and 2YEAR contracts! Also integrates perfect with Alexa. Do your own research but for the price and features Ring is HARD to beat! SimplySafe comes in 2nd but costs MORE with less features and products. Read mixed reviews on Cove and Abode. Vivant is also mixed reviews mostly negative for thier monthly prices and the fact that it has to be professionally installed at EXTRA cost as well as adding to the system. As for me on a budget I look for bang-for-your-buck!
      Search Google and RUclips reviews of ALL the systems out there and choose the one that right for you and your family!!! Stay safe!

      @@TheDamHamburger ; ADT sucks A$$! for the prices they charge! Just my opinion but Ring Alarm with FULL 24/7 coverage costs only $200 USA dollars per year and has VERY good response times, has cloud storage camera options, AND integrates with ALEXA products to run Routines, and a bunch of things. I HAD ADT and they charge $55+ a month and is rather LACKING, which is why I dumped them when my CONTRACT expired! Ring and many others have NO contracts BUT, if you pay the $200 USA upfront, you are covered and have had Ring for over 4yrs now and am VERY satisfied. This may NOT be the setup for you but, do your homework and monthly prices and features offered to make YOUR final decision. There are PLENTY of systems out there but I will NEVER recommend Vivant! Too many "hidden" costs and "tech" people to come out to your home to install a simple door sensor at $150 per pop!
