Personal experience- I had a UTI (didn’t have normal UTI symptoms that I had previously experienced) infect my joints and I COULDN’T WALK.

Ahhhh i love Kristen’s videos I find them so relaxing! I watched her vlogmas while I was at the end of my pregnancy really stressed out about delivering and it honestly helped me with my anxiety. I looked forward to them everyday in December. Now I’m relaxing in bed putting my little bundle of joy to bed while watching Kristen and all feels right.
I completely agree we need to be more patient and help them through if they are willing even if it is writing down the steps for them. Speaking from a customer service standpoint a lot of time they also don't want to listen to what the steps are or even to explain themselves as to what they need. I have been called nasty names by clear elderly people on the phone and in person just because they were not fully clear as to what they needed from me or because they simply just want me to do it for them when that is not always policy for us.

This just blew my mind. I’m not even 2 minutes into the video & I had to comment. YES. I recently caught Covid over the holidays and when my quarantine was over & I tested negative, literally every morning, I would wake up with a stuffy nose or a dry cough. And then, it goes away after an hour or two. And I didn’t even think that it related to me having Covid.

I had covid Nov 2020 and SAME! My morning routine has become, wake up, blow nose, start day. And I never had the issue before.
I worked at a call center and most of our calls were old people that went to the store and got treated so rude, I felt so bad for them bc some things they do need to do online but like, u can guide them through

the bank guy should be talked to by maybe his boss, maybe a refresher course on customer service , people don't change the bad things until they become uncomfortable or inconvenient for themselves, so you have to take the comfort away from their behavior

Low pressure when you live in the sun! Think of the rest of us in the freezing cold❄️ I had the regular co19 in December, (they didn't have tests for omadawn In hospitals then!! I took allergic reaction to both co 19 tests, try a antihistamine before bed(hospital gave me one and still taking it each night and it helps. Stand Up for your OLD FOLK if you Don't you'll all be treated worse! I'd report that to the customer service. Why didn't you step in?

I think it’s easy to forget that older people can also be really horrible to the service industry, banks especially. With the change shortage going on in the last year , things have been really hard on them. I say this not as a banker, but as a business employee who has to visit a bank branch almost daily. The amount of times I have seen older folks mistreat and scream at bankers versus literally anyone else is obscene. The bankers probably expect it at this point and they also are instructed by their superiors nowadays to suggest using the app or atm to help limit contact due to Covid. Of course none of that excuses rudeness, but if you don’t visit banks often and don’t see the way these people are treated, it’s something to think about.
ill always understand the other side of the situation! but in this case, she was asking such a valid question I felt so bad :/
