not sure if you’ll see this but this video was exactly what I needed I had a tough day and decided tomorrow is going to be my self care/catch up on life day…also the dogs howling woke up my dog lol and the shout out to colonial women and making butter reminded me of how for three years in elementary school our field trip was to a colonial house (they pretended to be colonial?) and we were forced to make butter
Hey! I can totally relate, I have ibs which flares up mildly frequently but I tend to have one massive flare up once or twice a year and it sucks. Unfortunately there’s no direct doctors test for it but worth looking into! One of my sisters also has ibs as well as endometriosis as they are often linked 💕

I make hot honey butter with sriracha and honey and put it on sweet potatoes it’s delish!!

I had gut issues throughout my 20s. I went to many drs and did many elimination diets and found that I'm very sensitive to wheat, flour, gluten etc. Yummy carbs essentially. I shifted what I eat to high fat, low carb and have felt so much better. I can't eat cruciferous veggies though, so that kinda takes the fun out of not eating mashed cauli in place of potatoes!
Would love to see your healthy gut journey! I would love some advice and recipes to start that as well. My belly does not like me haha

Maybe you can spray paint the hanging closet organizer? or decorate it in some way to make it more 'you' for your closet.
You should see a gastroenterologist for your stomach and gut. I have literally had stomach pains for as long as I could remember and it always made me miserable. Trust me it is something you are going to want to check out. Love you babe 💜

Yo Kristen you ever get tested for Hyplori? Not to sound like everyone on the internet but I had damn near all your symptoms and I tested positive for that bacteria. It’s not super uncommon but it can turn into stomach cancer so I’d def get it checked out!!

@@KristenMcAtee it’ll go bad really fast because of the moisture content reacting with the oxygen. When I looked it up it says it goes “putrid before turning rancid”
It’s a pretty easy process to “wash” butter.
