    Probably the best designed minivan of this generation, it's so simple and clean.

    I just bought a used 2016 Sedona LX with 61,000 miles. I paid an extra $1500 for a 3rd party warranty, 5 years 60,000 miles. I love the van but the selling dealership had to fix quite a few things. The passenger side sliding door window motor had to be replaced. Both sliding doors wouldn’t close properly, one was a bad sensor the other was a common problem of the door not latching completely. The front stabilizer bars had to be replaced. But after they did all that, it’s great. The fact it has a traditional center armrest is awesome. I hate that other minivans just have the fold down arm bar. I’ve been averaging about 18mpg around town on eco mode. I got 25 on the trip from NJ to VA and back. We had a 2014 Sienna we sold, it was great, and we replaced it with a 2020 Sienna XLE AWD. Right after selling the 2014 we ended up with our grandchildren, so we needed another van. It came down to the Sedona and a 2016 Sienna with 98,000 miles. Out the door the Sedona was $13,898 with tax, tag, title and warranty. The other dealership wouldn’t budge on the $20,900 for the Sienna and no warranty option. The cost, warranty, and center armrest sold me, and it’s a really good looking van and drives as good as any other minivan I’ve driven. So far extremely happy, but we’ll see how the next five years go. I will say, without the warranty, I’d never have bought it considering what had to be fixed initially.

    We've had a 2016 for over a year. We bought it to replace a 2002 GMC Safari that we drove to death. Since we're getting older we appreciate that we don't have to pull the seats out and the cargo space is just long enough for us to put a mattress in for camping.

      @@alexlautenschlager3465 We're still driving it. We've taken it on a number of long distance road trips including a cross country one. In summers we use it as a micro camper. We recently replaced the shocks and suspension. It was expensive but still a lot less than buying a whole new vehicle. It's still our favourite car ever.

    That 3.3 liter v6 is reliable . i had 1 in my 2006 Hyundai sonata it had the same motor. Even withs 180,000 mileage on it the only problem I had with it was the a/c compressor went on it at 56,000 miles still was under the warranty. The slight delay in the slamming on the gas happens with mostly all of the Hyundai cars but you get used to it.

    What are people getting for mpg? I'm getting around 12 mpg in town and about 20 on the highway. 12 seems way below the estimates, and I don't drive with a heavy foot.

    Great looking van but the non-removable seats killed it for me. I don't use it often but I've carried 4x8 sheet goods in my Odyssey and longer trim pieces.
    They also need to hide the sliding door track.

    Theres lots to like... but we also know the Pacifica just beats all the minivans... hands free side doors and hatch, available hybrid, (minivan exclusives) the infotainment system is AMAZING good fuel efficiency, good looks and super well layed out interior and more space plus Stow N Go (Unbeatable) and loads of comfort... probably why its the best seller

      The Pacifica is only the good Chrysler. The rest are garbage also the Town and Country was leading in the minivan segment for years, so will Pacifica.

    • @ImCondor1
      @ImCondor1 7 лет назад +1

      Alanex Knight sadly the town-n-country is now discontinued , they stopped making them for 2017 . Chrysler decided it would be best to continue the town-n-country model as the Pacifica but keep the name Pacifica.
