You need more light when filming the interior
Hi Francine, yep you are totally correct! The house was very dark, the lighting was not good, and I had no portable lights at the time. Travel lights have been purchased for next time. Thanks for your comment.

How much was the land tho
I don’t think he said exactly but it was bought back in 2001 when San Pancho was very inexpensive (compared to the US). They were able to piece it together over the course of many years but that is how they could afford it.
Am saying it still had a price tho. What was is, a million 120 thousand USD want?

It’s about an hour north of Puerto Vallarta, along the water.

Yes, you are correct the lighting could have been much better inside. We traveled a long distance and we could not bring lights. I am sorry you found the recording lousy. However, no one is forcing you to watch or to be rude. I hope you have a nice day.
