Flatbread Chicken Wrap :: Best Yogurt Sauce Recipe

I made chicken wrap using flatbread.
It can be made with a variety of meats such as chicken, pork, and beef.
It is really fresh and delicious when served with a yogurt sauce with fragrant dill.
You can also substitute beans or mushrooms for meat.
The sauce can also be used as a salad sauce.
For bread, you can refer to the Turkish flatbread video.

*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).
[Serves 2]
✤ Chicken Marinade
- 130g, 1 Chicken Breast
- 2pinches of salt
- 2g (1tsp) Chili pepper
- 0.5g(0.3tsp) Oregano
- 10g(0.5tbsp) Minced garlic
- 0.2tsp Pepper powder
- 1g(0.3tsp) Curry powder
- 44g(2tbsp) Sugar-free yogurt
✤ Tzatziki Sauce
- 130g(6tbsp)Sugar-free Greek yogurt(can be regular yogurt)
- 4g(0.5tbsp) Lemon juice
- 7g(1tbsp) Olive oil
- 3g(0.5tbsp) Minced garlic
- 11g(1tbsp) Honey
- 2 pinches Salt
- 2g Dill
- 20g Cucumber (squeezed water)
✤ Bread and Toppings
- 2 flatbreads (naan and tortilla etc.., available)
- Lettuce
- Cherry tomato
- Onion
✤ TIP
- Flatbread for a hearty meal, Tortilla for a light meal
- When using tortillas, warm them up.
- When I made 2 servings with 1 chicken breast, it seemed that the chicken was a little lacking. I think it should be made with 1 chicken breast per person.
- If dill is hard to find, you can substitute other spices.
- If you use sugar-sweetened yogurt instead of sugar-free Greek yogurt, you can omit the honey.
- You can also use sweetened yogurt for marinating chicken.
- Chicken can be baked in the oven.

I think i found one of my favorite channels. I created the bread from scratch as you taught on a different video, and then seasoned and cooked the chicken as you showed (had to replace the chili powder/oil for roasted chili powder), and it was delicious. You are awesome and your channel is awesome.

As a Greek I highly recommend you to try this
Grilling or pan-toasting any type of flatbread, after a light brush of oil, makes it that much better. Trust me on this one....it's GOOD.

Döner is Turkish btw. Greeks has been under Ottoman control for 600 years that they got the tradition. Sarma, Cacık, Baklava, Döner, Kebab, and lots of other food comes from Turkish tradition. There are lots of Greek foods too that Turks are using today. Greetings to neighbour 🇹🇷🇬🇷

Not so accurate… some of the dishes are derived from the arabs, persians and other cultures native to the middle east. Baklava existed before the turks came to the middle east 😉
