Great reaction! I hope you consider checking out her other stuff, too. This track is quite different from the others, but that honestly makes it one of my favorites.
Calli has said that it's fine to interpret this song as you will and she probably intentionally writes lyrics that can be taken a number of ways. However, she had a stream that explained what it meant to her- before becoming a vtuber under hololive and Cover Corp she was an underground rapper, and this song is sort of paying respect to the Japanese underground rap scene she was a part of, because as she exploded in popularity she had to leave it- and the people she knew- behind. Some were even jealous because of how quickly she shot up compared to them, but that's the nature of working in a scene like that, you know? You take the opportunities you get, and besides, no one can deny how hard Calli is working to put out content like this.

The worst part is that she really only wanted a good job or something from some of her old friends and mentors.
She does not hate them because she understand their point of view. You can see in her line about: the me that O can never befriend". She know her past self would have called herself a sellout, and probably mocked vtubers. She did talk about how one vtubers changed her mind on them.

One of my favorite songs.
Next to red in depth.
Off with their heads is more about those lazy bums complaining she gets everything handed to her due to working at a company, ignoring the entire work she had to do to even get noticed.
The introductory song of "Excuse my rudeness but could you please RIP" is an amazing one. Took many by surprise and was shown in her debut. People went bananas.
