🔴Another maintenance video with some usefull tips for you!
We have changed the engine oil, both DCT and engine oil filter, brake fluid, rear brake pads, parking brake pads and coolant.

I’ve been using Amsoil in my Harley, Jeep JKUL, lawnmower, generator, chainsaw, weed eater basically any ICE (internal combustion engine).
Lubricates great. No wear in the Harley Heritage Classic, 2004 since I bought it new. Sounds unbelievable, but true. (Actually - very little wear in valve train or piston sleeves!

Became mine yesterday back. The small yearly check, oil, break fluid, and new rear brake pads cost me around 280€ material + work.
But engine and gearbox feel more smoothly after such a service!
On the bill I read Motul 5100 10W50T ... hmmm usually I would expect 10W30-40 ... but it feels better.
Would love to do some of the work myself, but I don't even have a garage :D
I pay today for the same things like yours 464 euros...in France.103 euros for the brake pads.......70 euros for the oil maxi tech 10w30.
67 euros 2 spark plugs.
They are TOTALLY living in another planet in France.I am shocked really.136 euros for the work....1 n half hour.
I am totally ripped off but it's like that everywhere in France.
Yes, that's why I still appreciate a lot what we have here in Romania when it comes to the paid value for money.

This is why I will continue to go here, the service it's totally transparent, the people have experience, I was satisfied with their work so far... There was no chance to film in other places, especially on the Honda dealer 😁

if no center stand; then get remote wheel stancions; I guess. The gear; or clutch oil is the same. ?
What part numbers/specifications for DCT oil filter, oil drain plug, washer, etc. you recommend to replace in your video?

@@IdealBike What OEM? Which reference to order? Put yourself in any newbie shoes: If anyone is willing to try doing this on their own for the first time, it will need to know the exact references or specs (even if OEM) to buy it before getting their hands dirty. The oil type is found in the user manual, but the rest isn't. Can you mention it here please?

do you have to full manual?
take off allot of plastic to do anything ? why ? Brake liquid reservoir tucked under; in back ? why not no the handlebars ? does the muffler come apart to change the rear wheel ?
dot 4 works fine on any car/ bike in 45 degC. outside temp.
I used DOT 5.1 better
Antifreeze g11 and g12?
Motul 7100 is a very good synthetic oil!

Acela este ulei MINERAL.
Niciodată să nu folosești ulei sintetic sau semisintetic în acest model.
Eu am un nc750X DCT.
Am încercat să pun sintetic.....nu vrei să știi ce diferență este la schimbatul vitezelor ( sunet, agață etc)
Era un Motul 5100.
L-am dat afară după 50 de km.
Am căutat...forumuri...etc.... și erau mecanici din Germania care au refuzat oameni să le pună în acest model ulei sintetic.
De atunci folosesc doar uleiul de la Honda sau Motul 3000 MINERAL pentru motociclete, care funcționează la fel de bine ca și cel de la Honda.
Este doar un sfat prietenesc.
Sunt banii tăi, motorul tău :)

The recommended oil for this model in the service manual is Honda GD4 witch is a MINERAL oil.
I will never put again sintetic oil in mine......i have tried Motul 5100 and i took it out after about 50 km.
For my DCT transmision was a nightmare.
Now i use Motul 3000 mineral oil for motorcycles or Honda oil and it's perfect.

Știam că este făcut de Motul pentru Honda.

the dct transmission. does it has its own oil that has to be changed or is it the engine oil that lubricates the dct transmission aswell???

I’ve never heard having to change out the drain plug and washer only if they are worn out. Ina all my other bikes you would wipe down the washer and drain plug and reuse it.
Salutare, am vāzut cā ai pus ulei Honda, filtrele tot de la Honda sunt sau altā marcā gen Hiflofiltro , spune-mi te rog la un Honda NC750S DCT din 2014 pot folosii aceeasi filtre si ulei ca tu sau diferā. De unde iei consumabilele pentru Honda ta? Mersi
Salut, filtrele sunt tot Honda originale, ca și uleiul cumpărate de la dealerul Motorteam. Posibil să difere la modelul tău, trebuie să întrebi la dealer.
Filtrele Honda sunt făcute de MAN, care sunt mai ieftine.
Dar recomand filtre Honda.
In cartea de service este recomandat uleiul Honda GD4 care este un ulei Mineral.
Ca și un sfat prietenesc, eu am tot DCT.
Niciodată să nu folosești ulei sintetic sau semisintetic în ea... Agață..... clănțăne rău de tot..etc...

Un înlocuitor foarte bun pentru Honda GD4 este motul 3000 mineral pentru motociclete.

@@ivanrazAm tot vazut pe net ca unii pun ulei castrol/motul , filtre hiflofiltro ... motocicleta mea (NC750S DCT -2014) am luat anul trecut din Germania la 12500km. Neamtul a schimbat uleiul si filtrele la 1000/5000/10000 km dar nu am nici o informatie ce ulei si filtre a folosit. Acum am 15000km si as dorii sa schimb la 16000 . inatloz@gmail.com

Ei chiar respectă chestiile astea.
Mecanicii de acolo chiar sunt mecanici.
Nu spun că noi nu avem mecanici, dar am mers în Cta la un service să îi întreb dacă pot să comand la ei ulei Honda și răspunsul a fost....uleiul este ulei.....deci....ce așteptări să ai?! :))
