he wasn't really comparing them, just said that Ronnie was the superior safety.. dumb shit. and it's true. just b/c you don't know your Nfl history like that doesn't mean others don't.
Dude was an absolute ball hawk. Anywhere on the field where the ball was, more times than not, chancellor was not far away. One of the greatest safeties to ever lace em up.
Kam was one of the all-time greats to be sure, but he's also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet when off the field. I think he'd be a great defensing coach.
LOB mainstays in those godawful Hasselbeck-era uniforms were so fucking exciting to watch play. Obviously when they started getting recognition by the league they peaked but that early period where everyone wrote us off and the win-loss total hadn't caught up quite yet was amazing.
I was once told by a HoF voter that the criteria for the HoF in simple terms is: "Can you tell the story of the NFL without saying this players name? If you cant, then they're a HoF-er" By that definition Bam Bam Kam should certainly get in. But that neck injury cutting his career short...I dont think he had the longevity to make it in. Doesnt change that he SHOULD BE...and I will always see him as one. 100% goin in the ring of honor in Seattle tho.
@@17Omac Definitely miss watching that man play tho. When you look like a man among boys in the NFL...youre a fuckin beast. Its been a bummer watching Seahawks D the last few years. Every couple plays I catch myself sayin: Kam makes that stop. Kam blows that up. They dont even try that against Bam Bam.
Bro Kam was simply - The Best! Really going to miss seeing him play. What a Great Safety and an even Greater Man off the field. Peace to you my brother.
Wow. What an incredible player. Superb open field tackler, amazing pursuit abilities and very fundamentally sound in every way. Players like him come around very rarely...
You could tell how much he really loved the game, I hope he can find something that makes him just as happy after retiring. Bam Bam Kam was my favorite LOB member though I love em all despite the current issues
Antwan Campbell Your football knowledge is dog shit. None of them had the same style as Kam. The closest player to Kam was Sean Taylor. Watch some games.
Brandon have you seen Ronnie Lott play lmao. Kam Chancellor is a new school version of Ronnie Lott. Kam tbh is only known because he can hit people which most safety's can do
Fare Well Great One!! One of the best strong safeties to ever grace a field. Love your heart and your amazing forcefield. I am going to be so sad knowing that you are now done as a seahawk. please come coach!! you can do it. health and happiness to you and yours.
Sean Taylor in remix!,absolutely great football player, like watching him play, I wish that secondary, stayed together at least 2 more seasons 😊!cam the bam bam!
israel duncan As awesome as the two Vernon Davis hits were, his Super Bowl hit vs Demarius Thomas of the Broncos was my favorite. It set the entire tone for the defense and sent a message to the best statistical offense of all time the rest of the game.
What I learned from this video: Don't try to run past Kam Chancellor with a football. Don't throw a football in his direction. Basically just stay away from him if there is a football nearby and you'll be ok.
I wish I could turn the clock back to 2010 and watch the LOB come to be all over again. Being 16 again wouldnt be half bad either. And bro you need to leave some stuff on the cutting room floor, touching a dude down isnt a highlight.
Top Ten Favorites idk it'll be tough cause Earl Thomas isn't feeling it anymore (he was thinking retirement), Sherman is gone, Avril didn't pass his physical. Basically all the stars on that defense have kinda died out
Rayyan Moton This generation is done but he next one is coming. Coleman was a Top 5 slot corner last season and Shaq Griffin was one of the best rookie CB last year. Bradly McD had a pretty good season. Earl could come back also. Also they still have Bobby, Clark, and KJ.
Yea what Texan said. Certainly we wont see another DB core as dominant as the LOB for a long time. But Pete Carroll the biggest key is till there. Earl Thomas will stick through. If he's still here after losing Sherman and Chancellor there isnt to much else that is gonna push him away. Earl Thomas will call all shots telling his fellow defensive backs what to do because ET was the most valueble piece believe it or not. He was always lining up Kam to make plays and Sherman a good guess on the route. He'll do the same with his new corners. Mark my words to. Frank Clark will destroy offenses
look all you nay-sayers about the death of the LOB. who made the LOB? Carroll made it thru draft picks. he has some good players stepping in already. his half brother is almost as good and may be 3/4 as cam is. this year is gonna be so good. i sure hope they reach out to him and offer him a job as a coach. he is a well spoken and articulate man, who just happens to like to ter heads off running backs and tight ends.
he could have been the greatest ever... but, his career was too short... he just wanted the cash... wasn't interested in having long-term medical issues...
Kam was once in a lifetime player. He could play the whole field and play clean. And hit like a truck.
Kam was a generational player
#ThankYouBamBam
Brandon Ronnie Lott > Kam Chancellor
Antwan Campbell Lmao your comparing someone from fucking decades ago dumb shit. And you obviously don’t know what generational means.
Brandon alright how bout this Eric Berry > Kam Chancellor
Your just naming safeties off the top of your head
Your knowledge is shit
he wasn't really comparing them, just said that Ronnie was the superior safety.. dumb shit. and it's true. just b/c you don't know your Nfl history like that doesn't mean others don't.
Dude was an absolute ball hawk. Anywhere on the field where the ball was, more times than not, chancellor was not far away. One of the greatest safeties to ever lace em up.
The man can cover like a CB, hits like a LB and sheds blocks like a DT. I be there was a huge sign of relief from every other team when he retired.
Kam was one of the all-time greats to be sure, but he's also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet when off the field. I think he'd be a great defensing coach.
LOB mainstays in those godawful Hasselbeck-era uniforms were so fucking exciting to watch play.

I quite like yalls old jerseys ngl
His sb highlights were unreal he played out of his mind
Dam, one of my fave safeties after Sean Taylor. Gone miss you Kam. Definite Hall of Famer. Good job on the video by the way.

@@17Omac Definitely miss watching that man play tho. When you look like a man among boys in the NFL...youre a fuckin beast. Its been a bummer watching Seahawks D the last few years. Every couple plays I catch myself sayin:

👏🤙
My favorite player of all time just a great player on and off the field I meet him in real life and he’s so humble and loves his fans
As a massive Ed reed fan, kam was so amazing to watch. Those two together would’ve been heaven.
Good clips. Salute to one of the greatest safeties of all time. Thank you for all the great years Kam
The BOOM of the legion of boom.
Sad to see him go, but probably best for his long term health. Will always remember Bam Bam Kam.
You could tell how much he really loved the game, I hope he can find something that makes him just as happy after retiring. Bam Bam Kam was my favorite LOB member though I love em all despite the current issues
Great compilation. Gonna miss Bam and the LOB.
The nfl would never be the same now that he's gone
Trevontae Feaster calm down
Antwan Campbell It’s true Kam started this whole LB/SS shit. And was one of the most intimidating players in the NFL,
Brandon bullshit there was Ronnie Lott and Troy Polamalu who did the same thing
Antwan Campbell Your football knowledge is dog shit. None of them had the same style as Kam. The closest player to Kam was Sean Taylor. Watch some games.
Brandon have you seen Ronnie Lott play lmao. Kam Chancellor is a new school version of Ronnie Lott. Kam tbh is only known because he can hit people which most safety's can do
might be the most fearless player ever ran over lineman fullbacks running backs you name it
Legend

I'm a massive seahawks fan he is A GOAT
Thank you so much for this video!! This was one of my favorite Hawks players and I'm gonna miss the guy.
I remember the days of Kerney Tatupu Trufaunt Williams Hasslebeck. Back when Kam, Earl, Bobby, KJ, Sherm and everyone else started good times
BAM BAM KAM!!!! Thank you!! #GoHawks
Sad he had to retire so soon
I’m sad and I’m a cardinals fan
Sean Taylor in remix!,absolutely great football player, like watching him play, I wish that secondary, stayed together at least 2 more seasons 😊!cam the bam bam!
One of the best 🐐
Man he was my favorite Seahawks player.
I’m still sad.
Man, I miss this fucking monster.
LEGEND
Never seen anyone as much of a prototype strong safety as him
Doctor-you have half an hour to live
Me-this video
Doctor-but it’s 51 mins long
God-*I Shall Allow It*
Ha ... Yes!
Sad to see you go Bam Bam....but it is for the best, your health is more important than any game.
Hope he's ok football isn't worth your life
Broncodawg22 that doesn't mean it's worth your life
8 season still good
Great highlights! salute!
The first popular limeback I've ever seen.....who agrees?
My favorite Strong Safety of all time
My favorite player mans a GOAT had to retire
Ima miss this nigga so much‼️💯
best ss of this generation. Whats your guys favorite play by him? Mine is the Vernon Davis hit.
israel duncan As awesome as the two Vernon Davis hits were, his Super Bowl hit vs Demarius Thomas of the Broncos was my favorite. It set the entire tone for the defense and sent a message to the best statistical offense of all time the rest of the game.
Definitely, he really was the person that put the Boom in the Legion Of Boom
The flying tomahawk on Megatron to save the season was crazy too
So sad to see him go
No stopping Blount at the 1 on 3 and goal, or jamming Gronk on 4th down at 43:38???
HOFer?
Terrel Davis made it and he only played 7 seasons
And played less than half the games his last 3 seasons
Not likely
But he will still be remembered
Brandon He has a chance, 4 time pro bowl selection in a short stance is impressive.
He could get a commentary job
He could become a commentator
There is like a 45% chance of him being a HOFer though
I'd say he earned it even given the short career. Hawks ring of honor is of no doubt.
Yess
Best Safety Ever, hats off
I wouldn't say that
He's definitely Top 30 though
studdardfamilyof4 couldn't even spell Safety right
4:18 that referee was ahead of his time! 😂 😂
It's like a movie compared to the defense we have now. First 5 yards are free nowadays
What I learned from this video: Don't try to run past Kam Chancellor with a football. Don't throw a football in his direction. Basically just stay away from him if there is a football nearby and you'll be ok.
2:06. He knocked his damn soul out of his body.
Crazy how Kam absolutely emasculated Todd heap that day 💀
Landon Collins is now the unquestioned best SS in the NFL.
Odell Beckham Jr. #Odeezy #13Hunnit #BreakinRecords he already was when Kam was in the league
Antwan Campbell Get off the crack
Broncodawg22 Obviously.... cause Kam got injured half way through the season
DeSean Jackson #Jaccpot #0ne0fone #1hunna Shut your ass up 😂
U ain’t burning shit no more
Brandon Kam cannot cover the way Landon can plus Collins is a better tackler and is more of a complete safety than Kam wad
Can you do a Bobby Wagner one of these?
I wanna play safety soooooooo bad jus like Kam. But I got my neck broke and I'm scared if I deliver a big hit. Some bad might happen.
Should be in the HOF
Aaron Curry's career in a nutshell at 4:04
stunnasam21 exactly
stunnasam21 Hashanah omg yea it is!
🐐
I'm curious to know how the legion of the boom would develop against the current Baltimore, San Fransisco and Chiefs
#LegionOfBoomRules
Man they lost a good one
4:26 how is it roughing the passer when the QB has the ball??? I dun get it
Vernon Davis ain’t been the sand since
The Russian sports caster threw me for a loop
All legal hits from Kam should draw an unnecessary roughness penalty honestly, lol....
Could you do a D Lineman
I wanna be in the nfl
You better put this man in canton Ohio!
do a ladanian Tomlinson video
12:18 is what you’re looking for
It would be easier to run into a brick wall then kam
@7:55 why dude hit Sherman like that 😂
Should’ve been a flag or sum at least 💀
Going to be very odd not seeing him on fhe field.. #31ToCanton
Kam OMG NO PLEASE NOO
Wtf was that scoreboard for the first highlight
Andrew vasquez from fresno california a hoover high 2003-05 helps set up black people with his legion
I wish I could turn the clock back to 2010 and watch the LOB come to be all over again. Being 16 again wouldnt be half bad either.
And bro you need to leave some stuff on the cutting room floor, touching a dude down isnt a highlight.
2015 Niner offseason all over again.
Safe to say the Legion of Boom is done for
Nah because the one it was truly built around is still there. Might not be the LOB. But they will always have a solid defense
Top Ten Favorites idk it'll be tough cause Earl Thomas isn't feeling it anymore (he was thinking retirement), Sherman is gone, Avril didn't pass his physical. Basically all the stars on that defense have kinda died out
Top Ten Favorites Nah they mostly lost all there key players this year
Rayyan Moton This generation is done but he next one is coming.
Coleman was a Top 5 slot corner last season and Shaq Griffin was one of the best rookie CB last year. Bradly McD had a pretty good season. Earl could come back also.

Like JJ watt
No YAC vs Kam
uh did i just watch a seahawks and rams highlight in Russian? wtf hahaha
Easily a HOF
AYOO 11:56
Your wish better be never get hit by Kam
look all you nay-sayers about the death of the LOB. who made the LOB? So apparently we have a russian commentator for the NFL.
Fkn awesome
Andrew Nguyen yes this started when I came over to play football in Russia back in 2013..
Goodbye
he could have been the greatest ever... but, his career was too short... he just wanted the cash... wasn't interested in having long-term medical issues...
Nick Collins was way better
Can he just be like Marshawn lynch and come back.
Should be called plays kam was robbed of
