We went to Venice in 2003 for my 50th birthday and by chance it was Carnevale. There was magic in that beautiful city and I'd love to go back again soon. I absolutely adore Venice.
For the day everyone dresses up in Costumes and the Costumes are AMAZING! ITALY IS SO BEAUTIFUL,never been there, but someday I would really love to go, the churches are amazing, I've been told that Catholic faith is very popular in Italy! And the Food is suppose be absolutely amazing!
So true :) Everyone should visit Italy, especially Venice once! A whole different world. Amazing indeed. 😍 Beautiful, monumental churches, ⛪ delicious food - pizza 🍕 in Naples is our favorite. :)
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO VENICE ITALY , BUT IT IS SO GREAT THE BUILDING I HEARD THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE .. WE HAVE A BEACH IN LA.CA. CALLED VENICE BEACH ITS GREAT LOTS TO SEE AND DO THE FOOD THE ACTS AND THE ART WORK AND THE BEACH IS NICE .. THE MUSIC IN USA (THE DOORS) JIM MORRISON THOUGHT UP ALL THE MUSIC THERE WITH HIS BAND AT VENICE BEACH IN THE 70S.. IT NOW IS CHANGEING SOME THE HOMELESS THERE ,, PEACE.. GREAT VIDEO!!!

We’ve been to Venice many times, and love it, but never during carnival. We would never go during carnival, too many tourists. We’re hoping to be back there again in October for two weeks.
Watching from the U.S. We were in Venice in 2014. It looks like Venice is up and running with many tourists returning after the pandemic. Have all Covid restrictions been lifted?
Hi there! :) Green pass is needed everywhere (hotels, restaurants - even for the outdoor part!), they take it very seriously. Also, wearing FFP2 face mask on public transportation is obligatory. These are the rules in place at the moment. Those who comply with these, are welcome.
