Where did you find information saying that Masashi Hari passed away? I'm not doubting you. I just haven't been able to find anything to verify that. He's 47 or 48 years old now.

Damn! Much respect from the U.S.! A Strat into a cranked Marshall is my favorite rock sound. That fender has me rethinking it! Not sure if it's a twin or what, but you did the tune justice. Assuming the fender amp has 6L6 tunes and isn't modified in any way, to my ears it's as good as EL34s in a Marshall circuit!
This guy is fantastic. I just discovered this guy. So ridiculous for people to say things like "Eric Clapton is you-know- who".... first of all it's sacrilegious to say that, okay... and second of all there are people like this who are unknown who are much better. At least when it comes to playing Jimi's music. I've also heard this guy play other stuff and he's still good.
