Good stuff & I don't own the tools & stuff anymore but I've done it a number of times. This will help those who want to help themselves & Do NOT put it off !! Get it done one way or another but fix the brakes ! peace
Well done. Try bleeding the brakes. Maybe air in the system making that noise. I have done a lot of brakes jobs over the years! Def hard to even get a torque wrench in there. Just good and tight !
There’s a reason why the rotor and pads were unevenly worn. I highly recommend cleaning and lubing the sliding pins. They should be moving more freely.
Why would the new rotor brake unevenly, brake harder, or get hotter? The hydraulic forces between the two front brakes are equal and the materials are the same as before. I don't follow your logic.

Solid video! Bravo!

Hmm, bleeding the brakes is worth a try. Thanks for the suggestion!

i dont think they are the ones to make noice i think they are there to prevent the pads from squel when braking
How does that work?
first
No u cant replace only 1 rotor . U have to replace both
What's the reasoning?
@@EndlessMoneyPits braking will be uneven will pull more to one side while braking +wear. The new rotor will brake harder will get hotter

@@EndlessMoneyPits ok it looks like your logic knows better. U will remember me later
So, no answer?
