    Products used:
The lighting, i am a big fan of dark lighting, basicly most of the time i use a CN-160 above the camera. Mine is old and beat up but it is so handy.
The main blue light in a YN-300II with a blue gel over it, it is on the right above pointing down and to the side (so it does not light up back ground, this give the appearance of the darkness)
I used my trusty CN-160 on other side to light up the dark side of my face just a little Camera ##

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.
    Triggers:
Watching massage ** Baba Worlds Greatest Head Massage **
Watching a person focus and describe something there passionate about ** Bob Ross deep voice talking about painting, scraping sounds, brushing sounds. The forefather of ASMR **
Whispering ** Maria GentleWhispering the Queen of ASMR **
Listening to someones voice & the way the talk
Soft spoken voices & certain accents
    Hand Movements
Watching Someone Focus on a task
Personal Attention - like a hair cut
Any type of Role Play the best ones are ones that involve personal attention to you, examinations, face brushing ect
    Watching someone draw or paint
Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together
Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

ASMR and Dungeons & Dragons, two of my favorites things in the world brought together by my favourite ASMRtist. What else could I ask of you; you already made a second video at that!
I think your descriptions of events are very entertaining and immersive, I might even take notes to improve myself as a DM (we never stop learning how to be more entertaining I believe).
Also, when you were searching through the Player's Handbook for the High Elf's spell, you apologized but this is how I the most often feel ASMR : when someone's searching for something while whispering almost inaudible words to himself.
That is also how I think I first experienced ASMR, when I was younger.
If you took the time to read my comment, thank you very much, what you do is helping so many many people, relieving them of all the stress they have and help them relax.
    Thank you.

I wonder why I find DMing to be so easy. Sure, I have to tell my friends that we can't tame an Elder Green Dragon yet, but besides that, the hardest part is getting snacks for my players and myself. And heck, I'm DMing and playing at the same time. Hey, I don't like putting Kobold Hexblades to waste. For Io!

Pro tip, different color highlighters for different pieces of equipment speed things up like you wouldn't believe. Even just separating it like I did, simply, really helps, especially with presentation. I used pink for on hand kind of stuff, the things I was wearing or could easily grab, yellow for all of my backpack junk, and purple for my stats and modifiers.
And yes, it's nerdy as all get-out. But we played a lot of games where we had a time crunch and needed to really get a rhythm going. Turned a fifty minute fight into a two minute slug fest once we got our heads going.
Nerd points! Let them floooooooow!!!!!! :D

Not 100% sure myself either, but basically, he's looking at the character stats (I think), and with the dice rolls, he's checking to see how the character attacks and such things will work, like, low roll = attack fails or misses, high roll = the attack does a critical hit.... or something alike to that :P
