I think it was called hell in a kennel because they had dogs running outside the ring. The angle was that big boss man killed al snow's dog so al snow brought its "big cousins" to the match.
That Bossman feud with Big Show wasn't that bad. That casket ride was actually funny. But that Kennel from Hell match and feud with Snow... yeah that was terrible.
Tony Garcia That's a good one but alot of the wrestlers that came from WCW became popular in WWE. The ones that fail that I could think of is Perry Saturn and Harley Race I was forgetting Lex Luger because he didn't win a championship like in NWA/WCW.

They said they were paid more, had more days off between matches, and were given employee benefits such as health care, etc. That is because Ted Turner has a real sports management background with the Atlanta Braves and Hawks. He treated WCW as a competitive sport, rather than as entertainment as Vince does with WWE. Anvil even stated that it was really the first time he was ever even paid a great salary was in WCW.

Professional Wrestling is and was "a soap opera for men" much more than "a childish comic book" every blue moon a character works but the story lines and effective booking works better. Wrestlers earn "pushes" by putting "butts in the seats" and then making money through merchandise sales. If a wrestler can't do that, no push. Nothing should ever change that, no matter where they came from or what they did in the past. You are given the push you earn.
Most people failed in WCW because either Bischoff or Hogan buried them. Or they mismanaged them. In the case of Ahmed Johnson he just failed completely because he had a lack of talent.
Does Mark Calloway count? He spent a year in the wcw before signing with the wwf. The wcw couldn't figure out how to use Calloway and he went through at least 2-3 different characters and then was let go after a year.

You forgot Big Bossman was also known as Arms Matster. A bodyguard for that mainly hung out the New Horsemen and had a failed stint ECW.

its so laughable the amount of money the Ultimate Warrior made from his short run in WCW. alias 1 of many mistakes that would end the company.
That Goldberg/Bret in a Leafs jersey steel plate (that of beloved tough guy Tie Domi btw) was one of the best WCW moments ever. Right up there with the formation of the NWO and Goldberg winning the title (on free tv? lol come on.....)
So many more: Bobby Heenan, Earthquake aka Big John Tenta, Syxx/X-Pac (Shawn Waltman), etc. Then again, WCW also had Triple H, Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Kane, Edge and Christian on the roster and let them all go or fired them.
