They choose not to because they want to give their artists creative freedom to stylize the guns and show their flair. It keeps the game's look unique when it otherwise does not have a stylized appearance. They use fake gun names because it looks better politically. CoD was berated by organizations like MADD for accepting (not paying) money from weapon/gear companies like EOTech, Remington, etc. back in the days of MW3 and BO2. Battlefield was also accused of it, but refused to comment. In post-BF4 Battlefield titles, the title screen specifically says they do not endorse and are not funded by any real weapons manufacturer. It's a mix of artistic freedom and politics. But they are absolutely not restricted from it. They are just scared of controversy surrounding their multiplayer portions of games.

Yeah hyper and the rest of Infinity ward has probably some of the best animators I’ve seen, the gun animations and reloads are just on different levels you might prefer other reloads but you can’t deny that MW2 and 2019 have some of the most smoothest reloads.
I mean, csgo is like a 2010 game, the source 2 version is just a port, essentially a 4k texture pack. MW19 changed the industry standard for reload animations and MWII just improves on the already newly established standard. It's not even a remotely fair comparison

Competitive shooters such as cs2 need very high fps and maps that arent cluttered with shit. Cod, since its just a shallow run and gun that normies play on their consoles doesnt need good performance or attention to competitive design.

CS got bad aims and animation not realistic compared to all COD series
While CODMW2 is more focusing as a all-around games with well-prepared details, CS:GO being a full-comp game
But sound and animations in CS:GO feel so old for me, need some huge rework

They mostly like reloading animation , Movement,campaign
Counter strike is for those who wants to experience Competitive gameplay though after becoming good it becomes fun ,also valve just wants to give u a Real Fight Feeling and a Classic feeling that every single person could understand the mechanism of game. (U all ask Urself u have played CS(1999 and kids Play New CS also) and cod (2007-13) after that cod puts so many stuff which becomes difficult.
Yes I know valve not gonna add ads in guns and I think it's The best decision By VALVE (they given AUG and SG with scope)

I mean you don’t need ads for a good game, though I guess you could say ads would fit counterstrike’s gameplay style, but plenty of good shooter games don’t have ADS because it’s not a necessary feature for the experience they want to create (think half-life, doom, et cetera)
